I’m not one to usually leave a bad review but my attempted visit today left a nasty taste in my mouth. Let’s start this with the fact I lost my house in hurricane Debby 3 months ago to flooding and my house is nothing but the top half of the walls and the only thing I have is a working toilet and shower and a microwave so eating good healthy real and hot food, not a thing for me. I don’t have a lot of money due to having to pay for all these repairs to my and my grandmother’s childhood home of 72 YEARS! I’ve been struggling with my mental health and simply trying to find the will to live every day to put it kindly. So now, lets get to where I’m livid and embarrassed because is hate to sit there and argue with the host about my service dog. She kept telling me she needs to see some sort of card even after I educated her that for 1. YOU MAY ONLY say/ask “Is this a service dog?” And “What task(s) does it provide for you 2. THERE IS NO SERVICE ANIMAL OR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL REGISTRY!!! A- No legal registration means no “official card” is given to “prove” a service animal’s validity 1. You CAN choose to have a card made to MAKE THINGS EASIER but it’s not legally required. Same goes for vests. It isn’t required for me to put a vest on her. Those who chose to use the vest do so because it prevents situations like this from happening because people just wanna take their little shithead ankle biters everywhere they go and lie saying they’re service animals and give fake cards and credentials. B- There’s no “look” to disabilities. Not all can be seen. 1. I have diabetes (due to some medications) and C-PTSD, so you can’t “see” anything. I understand lots of people fake things but I came in with her calm and collected and even brought her mini bed to lay on under the table to 1- Help with hair cuz service animal or not animals DO shed but 2- My doggo isn’t getting any younger and has been a working dog for quite some time so having something to lay on allows her to lay/sit down at my side while I eat and do my paperwork for work. I’d understand questioning me if my dog wasn’t in control or she was barking or lunging or using the bathroom inside and causing a scene but she wasn’t cuz she’s trained. I’ve never felt so embarrassed and I’m so tired of people and establishment’s not being educated on ADA laws and regulations, it’s not my damn job. Figure yourself out Ginza cuz that was a super bad call. I haven’t always come with her because she DOES get days and time off which most people don’t realize service animals aren’t on 24/7, they need breaks too. And like I said, she’s getting old and she’s got super old lady bones and prior knee and hip injuries are catching up to her so I try my best to make it through the day without her when those issues flare up. For the first time some losing my house and everything I own, I had a few extra bucks to get some unlimited food and fill my belly and pay a 70%+ tip cuz I’ve been in the industry and I get it. I’m really disappointed. Educate your staff cuz if I or a friend comes back , I absolutely can and WILL report you next time for violating my rights and embarrassing me after I educated you and your staff still wants to argue with me about the law when I’ve been doing this for 9 years and she’s barely old enough to even serve alcohol or rent a car. *******Photo for tax of my service animal laying next to me as she’s supposed to be NEXT DOOR at firehouse subs who welcomed me and my service animal with OPEN ARMS when your staff chose to break the law and embarrass me

First time here. We tried the served to your table buffet. You order what you want each time and they bring it to you. Servings are small but I'm guessing not to waste food. They also have sushi. It's ok, but a lot of rice. I believe you are charged extra for unfinished sushi. I wish I could have found the vegetables in the menu, but I could have missed them. Hibachi shrimp was actually flavorful with a slice of zucchini and a mushroom. I was looking for fried rice and vegetables to be served with "hibachi" but this was not the case. Shrimp Tempura was served with 2 shrimp. Krab Rangoons I didn't care for, mostly cream cheese. The guys loved the teriyaki shrimp. General Tso chicken didn't seem to be breaded. And had a nice flavor but not spicy enough. Calamari was overcooked, a pass for us. The guys liked the fried & steamed dumplings (2). They have fried bananas, ice cream and fried dough. The server orders what you want and runners bring the food. We shared the food to see what we liked, then reorder what you want. It's $27 per person. We'll try again and ask more questions about vegetables and rice or noodles. They have chicken, shrimp, steak. Overall, a good first time. Looking forward to trying something different off their menu. Our server was very good, not pushy or hovering. Pre-bussed fantastically. Update July 2023 Service after our first time has repeatedly been awful. The food is rarely “hot”. And depending on who makes the sushi, is how good the sushi actually is. We’ve been going about 3 times a month. And it regularly gets worse. The first server we had our first time (David) was awesome , but he is no longer there. And one other server Nicole , but for whatever reason, she Hosts most of the time. We order 3 drinks for the 2 of us when we order, because we have sat without drinks waiting so many times. Perhaps they just don’t like “regulars”. Food is hit or miss. It’s been a MISS for a while now. We go for the sushi.

Update: if I could give a 0 Or negative star rating I would, I use to love this place , me and my family would eat here almost every other week. Never had a problem. This evening we went and during the meal I order a sushi roll that had a really hard piece of shrimp that chipped one of my teeth when I bit it. I reported it to my waiter, who did nothing, so I reported it to the hostess who then told management. We waited and then were about to leave when he(the manager) came out, he brought out a fresh plate of cooked shrimp and claimed that there was no way a piece of shrimp did it. I showed him that I couldn’t even cut the piece I removed from my mouth with a fork, see attached video, you can see me pressing down so hard the fork and plate are shaking, he was not happy that I was making the video, he said I couldn’t cut his with a fork either so I reached over with the same fork and cut the shrimp he brought out, even cutting the part with the tail still attached to prove my point, he acted like we were trying to get a free meal and offered a discount to which I told him we had already paid for the meal(full price plus tip) that I wasn’t seeking a free meal I was just letting him know of the product that had came out and that the whole point of it getting to this point of a commotion was for treating me like a liar and a scammer. Save your time and money and go to any other sushi restaurant in town.

This is place has some of best all you can eat sushi around! I have been here 5 times in the last two months. With that being said , I have had horrible service here multiple times. I understand how places are when they get busy but this isn't the case here...... quality food for the price don't get me wrong... I feel the need to mention the service because it's been bad enough for me to not want to go back here. Yesterday our server put the wrong order in for us... we had been waiting to place our next order for all you can eat for 15 minutes... we had stared at our cards several times.. Well crab Rangoon came out.. We both dont like crab rangoon and didn't want to be charged if we didn't eat it. When we told the server that's not what we ordered? He got loud and told us yes it was !! Besides THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS BEING RIGHT? We wwre actually right! It definitely wasn't our order. We literally stared at the card of choices for 15 minutes... we had ordered potsticker/dumplings... DONT ever get loud with customers... EVER... the server was a chubby asian guy with his mask around his chin.. it wasn't worth arguing about so we crumbled the rangoon and hid it in our napkins.. When we paid our check, we had it split up.. my friend paid cash and wasn't given or even offered her change!!! WOW is that even legal? Especially after an outbreak of rudeness from the server. In my past I would have made a scene but today I'm doing things differently.. A couple times before that our server looked like he was literally on crack. He was so gone mentally ... it was hard to get any food. Our orders weren't put in and he only had a couple tables... I just wish the service here was acceptable. I'm a good customer and I tip beyond fair.. I would speak to your servers and come up to tables randomly and ask how everything us going ... I'm looking for a sushi restaurant!! Are you looking for...
