I frequently purchase beautiful gold pieces from her store, which are promptly shipped to the nearest FedEx point for safekeeping, and I am able to retrieve them within two days. It was the worst customer service ever, I give her one star if there’s less I would do. She is liar, She sold me 18 karat gold and counted it as 21, the worse is that she swore it’s 21. I checked it in many jewelry stores they said it’s 18 karat. I would never ever buy from her and I would not recommend her. LIAR.
