Very unfortunate I bought 2 orange cream large shakes and was about 15+miles away from location when I noticed a hair in one of the shakes I called and talked to someone on the phone and they said no problem come in we'll take care of it. Well they didn't say that I had to come in that day right then and there and I was 15 mi away already so the next day I went in and went through the drive-thru and explain myself and what happened and I was told to come back and whoever it was to help me she said she was the regional manager or something like that for this area and was kind of rude and told me that I had to come in a day of and bring the shake back for them to see it and basically told me I was out my money I actually contacted the CEO of dairy Queen Troy bader on June 5th 2025 I wrote him an email personally explaining the situation and someone from dairy Queen said that they were going to look into it but unfortunately I didn't even hear back from them. It sucks because all I wanted was the stupid large shake that I paid for I've had hair in it and instead I have to take time out of my day to write a crappy review because a product that I paid for had hair in it and I was unable to bring it back that second but I wasn't told I needed to. Anyways wish they would have just gave me the shake when I came back and asked for it but instead I kind of basically just been told I'll look into it and hasn't been done and I didn't get my money back or a replacement shake
Just kind of crappy If you have any thing in your shake make sure to take it back the day of right then and there so I can see it otherwise they will not do anything for you and be rude to you...
Read moreIt was 9pm and we wanted some ice cream so we looked up Dairy Queen and this one popped up as the closest one that was still open.
GPS was not good at getting us there because it didn't seem to know where the entrance to the shopping center was, but it took us by it and we were able to find an entrance.
Only the drive-thru was open with no sit down dining so there was a long line down the road a ways but it was moving pretty good. We waited maybe 10 minutes.
We ordered Misty Freezes, but when we got to the window, they tried to hand us slush. I told her they were supposed to be Freezes and she quickly fixed them as we sat and waited...
It was obvious that she was training new people. She corrected the price of our order and changed us the higher price.
We were pleased with our Freezes.
The staff was friendly and efficient with the exception of the mistake.

Read morei usually don't leave reviews on places but i ordered a bunch of food from the drive thru for all the guys at the shop i work at, and there was a miscommunication and i was a burger short when i got back to my shop, so i called and the burger didn't get put on the ticket so the man i was talking to on the phone(owner/manager) got directions to our shop and brought the burger down himself!!! i tried to give him money for the burger and he wouldn't accept it. he just said he appreciated our business. i dont know about anyone else but that has never happened to anyone i know, the food is great and if we are ever in the mood for some fast food we are going to go there.unbelievable customer service, nice people that work there, and i'm sure if something isn't right they will...
