Okay, so first off, this location had been a favorite for many years. They always had great food and amazing staff. Something is definitely different now.

We got our order and brought it home and the bag busted open at the bottom, spilling food from two of our bowls everywhere. A brief second where a hand could not be placed under for extra support while getting the bag out of the car. Total bummer! Well, the restaurant was kind enough to offer to remake them even though it was not totally their fault! The guy was fairly nice about it all considering! Awesome right?

As the hubs was on his way to pick up the remake, my kid bit into her burrito and it was chock fuuulllll of beans even though we specified NO beans. And I do mean EXTRA beans... Like the burrito was mostly beans. The receipt even showed our no beans selection. Dang!

Luckily she said it was still tasty, but had she been allergic... 💀. I felt I should call to let them know that it might be good to be more careful in case peeps have allergies ya know, but no need to remake it. I myself have a gluten issue so an establishment that takes these things seriously is vital.

Anyways, husband gets home, I bust into the food and see that the two identical bowls we ordered, were in fact not the same. One had no guacamole! In fact it's an ingredient that's automatically in the bowl, not an extra. Dude, that's just a sin! Guac is the star of the show here! Plus, if you do want to add it as an extra, guac is like $2 more, kinda spendy, so don't go leaving it off my bowl y'all. We take our guac very seriously in this house, lol!

Whatever, I let it go, but truly, even though they tried to make one thing right, they got others way wrong. I really hope they turn things around because it used to be awesome, and paying $70 for two adults and two kids to eat dinner, with all that mess...

I was a frequent customer at this location and after my last experience, I will not be returning back. I must have forgotten to specify that I have an allergy and needed a certain topping left off my meal. When I received it, I politely said I couldn’t eat it and that i would even be willing to pay for the meal again, although typically a restaurant will fix it anyways. The shorter lady with dark hair at the register was extremely rude. She went on and on about how it was my fault that I didn’t specify the request (which I said, I’m sorry, I must have forgotten, I can re purchase the meal since it was my mistake). She continued to try and make me feel dumb and reminded me about 3 times that it states RIGHT ON THE MENU that this meal contains this ingredient. She was clearly extremely frustrated with me and the inconvenience and trouble this caused her. I have never seen a employee in the food industry get so personally upset and disgruntled at the fact that my order was wrong. The food is extremely over priced for the portion size but I continued to go here because of the convenience from my location and the healthier options they had. I am super bummed about...

Well I know that some love this place and I took a chance based on that but two things that didn't sit well with me and prompted this review. First was customer service or lack thereof. I walked into this place not knowing what to expect other than what I read from a few reviews, I didn't know you had to walk up to cashier to order because the sign says take out and online orders. That is confusing in itself but to top it off the employee working didn't say a word to us and let us sit there to figure it out on our own. Fine I'm not a spoiled brat so I can deal with that, however to not at minimum at least be greeted was another story. Almost left me to leave right in the beginning. I pushed past this and figure let's try the food. Which leaves me to final part. We ordered the chicken burrito and Korean bowl. The chicken was so dry and bland, plus the rice too that I couldnt eat it. The Korean bowl hardly had any beef in it and the veggies were soiled which made them soggy. I will not be going back there and it's unfortunate because I really was hoping it was going to be better. Not worth the...
