Scruples Boutique Houston — Attraction in Jersey Village

Manager has a very nasty and unpleasant attitude. She is very rude and snobbish. Her attitude is very nasty toward black customers. I have several friends that have complained to me on her attitude toward black customers. I stepped foot into the establishment for the last time on today. I was informed by one of the salesman that they had jewelry on sale for $5. I made my selections and Mrs. Snobbish says that is incorrect. Most professionals that I have dealt with would have acknowledge that price, but not Mrs Snobbish. One of my best friends always looks so stylish and is a huge fan of Scruples. Scruples recently supported a charitable organization with a fashion show and I was lucky enough to model their clothing. I had so much fun picking out what to model and bought several items. I had GREAT customer service and all in the store were most helpful. 3 black and brown women walk into the boutique. The 2 white women working the front desk did not greet any of the women and immediately directed them to the 60% clearance rack in the back of the store. One of the 3 ladies asked for the supervisor, and they hesitated to share any further information in concerns to their supervisors availability. This micro-aggressive behavior is appalling.
