My stacked washing machine broke. Sure didn’t want to buy a new set. There are very few people that repair appliances in Fort Walton. I called this man and he came within two days which was good. He brought his seven-year-old grandson with him. He never pulled my washing machine out to look at the back end of it. He told me it was a motor he left and he charged me $75 for the visit. The next day he texted me back that there were no motors in town. I called and found them in Milton Navarre and Pensacola but they were very expensive. I called him back left a message never heard from him since. My handyman came over a week later because I just had no idea what to do and for $50 he found that it was a six dollar hook that broke and the motor fell on the ground but he had to pull it out get a flashlight and actually look at it. The motor was not broken. There are so few people that can repair things and then they want a lot of money and don’tCall back it was a very bad experience. DO NOT GO HERE. This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life.

I was charged a $35 service fee to look at my washer, which is fine.

However, when I was called and told what was wrong with the washer I was basically told my Kenmore Elite washer was in his words “trash” and not worth fixing. This is also fine.

What I really have a problem with is how I was treated when I got there. I paid the $35 dollar service fee but was then forced to move my extremely heavy washer and dryer all on my own. I’ve never been to an appliance company that makes there paying customer move the heavy equipment by themselves.

My 115 pound wife literally had to get out of the car and help me get get the washer and dryer onto my trailer.

Overall I had a terrible experience here and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
