Racetrack Cafe — Restaurant in Florida

We was traveling and vacationing, so we decide to eat Thai food for the night. Of all the great Thai restaurant around FWB, I had to pick this one on our 20th anniversary. I going to be nice and civil, so going to keep it kinda short and humorous to prevent myself from crying.

Thank you God if my wife didn't care or love me enough, she should could have divorce for ordering from them lol. Price and portion are very sad and disappointed, cost high vs shocking low quantity.

But worst of all it taste like terrible never had such bad Thai foods like this in my entire life. I would not even feed to my dog 🐕. Let's just say I don't recommend it all since you have so many other better choice. I failed my wife and family tonight by ordering from them:(

Please if you reading this, save your time, money, marriage and find something else to wasted on. I rarely write any review but it was so terrible and horrendous, so I have to do it in order to save other couples from getting that yucky, dirty look from your upset spouse lol. Save yourself, don't do it for the love of baby Jesus! Or you be very unhappy and depressed after tasting it, mine orders were so bad I didn't even eat them. A bowl of dry cereal even taste better.

A truly depressed and unhappy...

Been a customer here for years. Food always satisfactory, wait staff is great! Today I went and ordered singapore noodles which I love and have eaten there many times. Within the first few bites my mouth was on fire and my throat hurt. Have never had this problem before, I looked the dish over carefully and discovered that it was 'loaded' with black pepper. I let the waitress know I couldn't eat it as I didn't want to have a severe allergic reaction. She was apologetic and advised the cook, the cook had her tell me that he/she put the normal amount of black pepper in the dish, not so! Again I let them know that I would have a severe reaction if I ate any further. I asked for the dish without black pepper, cook had the waitress tell me they were out of noodles, I asked for another dish without black pepper. Cook had the waitress tell me that I had to pay for the original dish ( the one I couldn't eat) before they made me something else. I have never complained before nor have I left without paying, the request was very insulting. I don't need to eat at a Restaurant that doesn't care about people's health. I paid him/her their $10 and left and I won't be back nor recommend them...

Nice small thai restaurant with very pleasant service and rustic charm our friends took us for dinner.

Our friends told us that they never had anything that they didn't like - which was already very promising. When I asked the waitress if I had to be careful with any of the dishes due to my severe MSG allergy - or "Asian Salt" as some people also call it - she immediately replied that they don't use it anywhere which made me even more excited. Before the ordered food came, we were treated to a nice small spring roll while my husband was enjoying some sweet tea and I my water without ice - which was actually pretty good as they seem to have a good water filter. Then plates with rice and our main dishes came. I had very delicious and tender chicken and nice, fresh vegetables which still had a good bite to them and were not cooked to death like in so many other restaurants. Great and very fresh taste and mild on my plate as requested. My husband was also very pleased with his dish and his spice level. And yes, great taste without MSG at an affordable price is definitely possible and this Thai restaurant proves it!
