South Beach Nail Spa — Attraction in Casselberry

I would give a 10 star rating if I could. The service here is incredible!!! This was my first time at this salon and even before I walked in I felt welcomed. I called to make an appointment day of, and she made space for me to come in. My nail tech was Na, and she was absolutely wonderful. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them to look like, and they looked stunning for prom. Na was very sweet, respectful, professional, and conversational. She works fast while keeping the quality absolutely top notch! Also before she moved on to the next step (whether it was the length of the nail, coloring, or art) she made sure I was pleased with what she had done before moving on to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it to be. I will definitely be returning for graduation nails!! If you need a salon, go to South Beach and ask for Na. She will NOT disappoint! Thank you so much, Na!!!

I genuinely don’t ever leave negative reviews but I can’t say I’d recommend this place. Pretty sure they used old nail polish because it chipped in a day.. went back to get them touched up and he applied both layers and a top coat in about 45 seconds without allowing time to dry between. If you’re going to charge for services at least make sure you use quality products. Also did not cover the tips of nails which lead to chips. When I called to explain my frustration because I did not want to leave a review the owner was super rude. She made assumptions that I had been in a pool and I had not been. Total waste of money and time. Currently doing my own nails and will follow up to show they last longer than a day if you do...

This was my second time getting my acrylics done here. The first time they had come out lovely but this time … not so much. I had gotten them done two days before christmas. The whole process felt rushed it only took about 30 minutes to get my acrylics done. When I had left the salon I noticed how poorly shaped and filed the nails were. I didn’t have time to come back so I filed them in which they came out a lot better. I then began to realize my fingers were starting to turn yellow and solidify, which has never happened to me before.
