If i could give this place -100 stars I would. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Older black woman in her 50s or so with glasses , was the most disrespectful and rude woman i have ever encountered. I visited last night and got 2 pick 5’s to share with my daughter and friend, and i got 2 small fries which one was almost completely empty and the other was empty. The apple turnover was broken, missing a piece and HOLLOW. NOTHING inside of it. So i came back tonight, 11/28/22 around 7 pm, and upon stating the issue cause mind you they don’t have a phone number without some automated thing saying to review online, she cut me off and told me to come to the window. I said okay, and as i was talking she said there was “nothing she can do about mobile orders and to call corporate” also stated “ i was here last night and i don’t recall any of that happening so i’m not taking your word for it, if you had said anything else i would have given you a remake.” like seriously? i tried contacting several times. THEN she slams the window in my face. are you kidding? i sat there, for a while. she kept telling me to move up and i asked for her name. she LITERALLY said “my name is whatever your name is.” WHAT???!!!!! I sat there a good 20 mins before she came back and was like “so do you want to order or what?” i tell her that’s what i’ve been trying to do and i asked for a manager. she did not provide her name or give me a manager. Young black man working the grill saw me and i asked if he’d come talk to me. as he approached, the lady told him no and he walked away from me. I’m appalled at this disgusting service. Upon giving me the food i wastefully waited 20+ mins for, the bread was soggy and wet and the krystal’s were cold. I want a full refund and that woman needs to be fired for her horrific attitude. she told me she called the police , and then said she just called her boss when i threatened to come back the next day to talk to a manager to complain. As someone who worked in the food industry for years, it pains me to have to leave such an awful review. I've never been yelled at so profusely by an employee before. First of all, the speaker is down in the drive-thru, so orders have to be taken at the window. No big deal, I understand and I wait. After waiting quietly for about ten minutes in line, an elderly black woman behind the window asked me for my order. I asked for 4 krystal burgers with cheese - my usual. She got it wrong by putting in something with "pick 5", so I repeated "4 krystal burgers with cheese", and then she got it correct (I thought) because she repeated that out loud back to me. What was brought out was incorrect. It was brought out by a young gentleman and he seemed kind and exhausted. Seemed like what he handed me was just regular krystal burgers without cheese. When I politely let her know that what she handed me didn't have cheese, she yelled at me and gaslit me and said I had ordered plain hamburgers. Seriously she was screaming through the window, with the veins in her neck popping, and telling me she was right and I was wrong. She continuously interrupted me when I tried to say anything. It even seemed like she was using terminology from a different restaurant at one point for what I ordered. She threw my receipt at me and said, "Look! It says it right here on the receipt! Plain hamburgers!" (The receipt says "4 Krystal Cheese" - I attached it to this review). She grabbed the bag from me violently (I had already paid unfortunately) and went inside, laughing, "Oh, I can add cheese for you!" I was genuinely so certain that she would spit in my food that I drove off. I finally had some money to treat myself to dinner tonight and drove away empty-handed after being screamed at. worst service ever, very unfriendly, rude, and selfish staff. just placed a $40 order on uber eats at 11:50pm, order got cancelled by the store immediately, keep in mind they are open until 1am... on multiple occasions i have come two hours before close and they have been closed. another time, i called ahead before i made the thirty minute drive to one of the only places still open late for my boyfriends birthday dinner. i wanted to bring him home his favorite and surprise him so i made sure they were going to be open by the time i got there. the person i spoke to even made sure to tell me that they were slow tonight so everything was cooked to order so there might be a slight wait on the food. i was more than okay with that, who doesn’t love fresh food? once i arrive, all of the employees were sitting on the curb outside having a laugh. nothing wrong with that, until they made me wait in the drive thru for three minutes before finally going inside and telling me that they are card only. i only had cash on me and i told them i had just driven thirty minutes and spoke to someone ahead of time to make sure there wouldn’t be any issues and asked very nicely if they could make an exception. even after explaining my whole situation and that i was trying to surprise my boyfriend, the lady was rude as can be and basically told me to get lost. from my experience working in food, it seems like she had counted her drawer way ahead and didn’t want to have to recount another drawer. what restaurant doesn’t take cash? this was long before the change shortage, there was no reason. terrible business, terrible customer service, and their food always gives me the worst belly aches. they must not clean their grills or oil or something bc things ain’t right at...
