I had a problem with my 8-10 yr old laptop finding a relevant wifi network regardless of whose house I was working from. Brought my laptop as soon as we moved to Klamath Falls, and Paul and Josh diagnosed my problem within 1 minute (broken network adapter). $22 for a new external network adapter and I was back in business! Cannot adequately thank these gentlemen and Stacy&Dennis IT Solutions for a quick and inexpensive repair. I sing their praises. Update: we brought my husband's computer in this week because it was beyond slow (as in taking hours to boot up) and freezing frequently. Impossible to use it. Micah and Paul cleaned it up and replaced the hard drive. $170 later this computer zooms around at lightening speed, better than brand new. These guys to the rescue again. We are so glad we found them. Nothing like having knowledgeable, friendly IT experts on hand. When I buy my new computer, I'm definitely taking it to them for data transfer, etc. They're the best

I was referred to them in 2018 when I moved and needed my system set up. About a year ago I noticed that my laptop appeared to be overheating so I took it to them to fix. It was a simple solution as the fan had gotten full of dust. They cleaned it up and checked some things just to make sure everything was OK. I recently had to replace my Epson printer which proved to be a nightmare. Long story short, I received 2 printers, both of which were defective, and had to be returned. Printer number 3 arrived and I was unable to set it up myself so I contacted them again, working again with Michael. I tried to do it myself by having him take remote control but it was too hard for me as I have major health problems. He was very kind and patient which I greatly appreciated.
