I give them only a 2 because aside from a great Iced Mexi Moca when you order right to their face you then have to repeat yourself a couple of times when the girls disappear into the giggle gossip shack , something strange happens when they make your coffee because eiether they are not really listening or they can't retain information for more than two minutes after you order. We have experienced this on every visit. I gave barbies dream house a 1 on customer service although pleasant they are absolutely eiether dense or rude and my time is precious and I hate this pattern that I consistently have to repeat myself. They also consistently forgot to give the complete order and then you have to ask.... im still waiting for.......their like ohh mahhh gaaa Im sooo sorry..... I gave the place a 2 because the Iced Mexi Moca are delicious and possible the best drink in down topped with whip cream and signature bean. The girl had to ask twice about that whip cream. I dont know what was so hard about digesting a simple order of 2 drinks and 2 muffin tops. If that Mexi was not so good I would not go back. Iced Mexi mocha is the saving grace....

Told to get the app for my free birthday drink a couple weeks ago. Got the app. Drive up. Charged full price. Apparently you're NOT given a free birthday drink at Silver status, as the app says. First there's a hidden rule that you have to have bought several drinks ahead of time through the app. Very scummy business practice, will not be returning in the future no matter how good a Java Chip sounds. Other establishments don't cheat their customers out of their rewards. Baristas were pleasant and understanding, it's a management issue and scummy management practices deserves none of my money. Your competitors are winning...

Went there for the very first time today. I had my normal drink: an Americano. What I DON'T like is when a coffee house establishment makes their espressos ahead of time (I don't care if it's 15 seconds ahead), which should never (I repeat: never) be done, regardless of how busy it is; they should be made to order, period. I was pleasantly pleased to find made-to-order is Human Bean's manner of making drinks with espressos. Here here! And as to taste and quality, very good! I really enjoyed the drink, I and I think HB will be my go-to place...
