Just a little back story: My partner and I have been coming to Suds N Bubbles for three years now. We tend to go every three months or so, but every time we make an appointment, we NEVER have any issues with getting in. Suds always answers the phone and makes the appointment herself. She always says, " Yes, please bring in my LUNA" and it always excites us to know that the owner is very happy to see our little girl too.

About three months ago, we took her to get groomed. Upon getting Luna back from Suds, Suds came out, as she always does, to give us recommendations or any concerns she may have. This time, it was concerns. She mentioned that we needed to take Luna to our vet as she was giving signs of UTI. Of course, me and my partner are not experts at such symptoms and we thought nothing of it before Suds told us to get Luna evaluated. Well, we took her to the VET the very next day and we were told that Luna had BLADDER STONES. She had them to the point where if Luna did not receive emergency surgery, her bladder would rupture at any moment which would cause serious problems to the point where Luna would pass away due to the rupture. We got her in for surgery and she recovered well. Our Vet told us if we waited longer, Lunas chances of survival would be very VERY low.

With this being said, My partner and I would love to PERSONALLY THANK SUDS AND HER TEAM FOR LETTING US KNOW! If it wasn't for Suds expertise and attention to our pets well being, while in her case, Luna would have passed away and my partner and i would have experienced a HUGE loss in our family. Every pet owner, please know that your Pet is well taken care of here in this facility. I know because my pet was saved by Suds and her knowledge.

Suds, you saved my pets life. For that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will continue to bring my Luna to you for any pet grooming needs as I know that she is always taken care of when she is in your hands and I TRUST in you to give me great advice after the grooming, to take care of Luna and her grooming and HEALTH needs.

It’s a terrible feeling when the business owner here always used to give positive feedback when we brought our dog Pluto here, then suddenly last month refuse to see him. Every business has a right to deny customers, but it makes you sad when you thought you finally found a grooming place where both your pet and the workers there seemed to be happy. No explanation given other than that we didn’t use her services frequently enough (our dog only needed grooming 3x a year) and that her staff don’t want to see Pluto anymore (makes no sense to me, she and the staff used to be excited to see him all the time). I’ve seen this happen to other customers on yelp as well, getting a sudden cold shoulder from this business lately. She also requested to keep our dog there all day (7+ hours), which we said we were fine with after hearing her reasoning of being slammed with customers, but she still refused our business and somehow blamed us/our dog. Honestly, my dog would always come back thirsty and anxious to go to the bathroom given the dogs aren’t taken outside for breaks; so maybe it’s good that we’ll be finding a groomer that doesn’t need over 7 hours to complete grooming services. Be warned that although the business owner here may seem all happy and smiles to take your dog at first, it’s not a genuine feeling and she may remove you from her business...

I really need more than five stars to rate this business. I've been fostering a dog who was rescued from street life after a near-fatal attack by two other dogs. He was not only dirty from his life on the street, he had medical issues and healing wounds that needed special care and attention when I first took him to Suds. This amazing dog's life has truly been transformed from rags to riches, and Suds has been a huge part of that transformation. His first trip to her shop was for bathing and general grooming; the one yesterday was to take his massive coat down enough that he might be comfortable for the upcoming summer months. He was hot. He was miserable. We needed help!

Suds is a groomer who connects with the dogs immediately. She more than speaks their language--she offers a gentle environment with an aura of peace and calmness. Dogs instantly feel that when they enter. Suds will get right on the floor with a dog that's shy or hesitant; there is much to appreciate about this shop and its owner.
