Sunset Pointe Apartment Homes — Attraction in North Miami

I've been here for almost 2 years. I enjoy it here. The management team are very professional and answer emails, complaints, and any other issues and a timely matter. There are issues with the gate but they work hard to get it in order. There are some issues here and there with children being of a disturbance but management is always on top of things. Wish we had a pool. Walls are a bit shallow. But my friends/ family are always amazed at the complex. I enjoy the ease of I-95 right up the street. I pray it stays as peaceful as it has been and management does not allow it to get run down. It's a community within a community within a city. Well...

First of all, came to the leasing office to find out more information and I found out they were on lunch from 1-2. I got there at about 1:45 and waited til 2:30 and no one ever returned. I also called several times afterwards, and the following day and no one answers the phone. The property is already not that appealing but to have a unresponsive leasing office seems like a bad idea. I could only imagine how it would be if I actually lived here and...

I lived there since they opened and don't regret it. It's a beautiful, quiet,and nice place to live. The staff management is very nice, respectful, and helpful, anytime you call for an issue they come quick to fix it. I am still happy to call Sunset...
