T.J. Maxx — Attraction in Wesley Chapel

Never coming back to this store, attention is terrible and cashiers are the worst. I went to return a pair of shoes which by the way they were used by the time I bought them, I gave them the receipt and when the cashier saw the shoe sole her face was like I was giving her a bag of s$&t and saying: oh honey this shoes had being used I can’t accept this please take them out of the counter!. I understand they can’t be returned for store policies but definitely not the treatment and the expression, the shoes were cleaned and All shoes and clothes in this store is always have being worn by someone so they are not exactly clean. Here is a picture of the “disgusting” shoes that I worn one time because they are so uncomfortable to walk on and the shoe sole was like this when I bought them. My mom bought a purse on the 7th of May we went last week to return it because she only used it once and the purse started to absolutely peel off. We got the wrong receipt so we went today with the right one after they told us if we brought the receipt they were going to be able to return it because they needed to have proof we bought it there. Today when we went there they told us something totally different according to them because they were not able to find it in their system and that they needed to have the tag! Now apparently we have to use things with tags just in case they come wrong. Basically they told us we were lying just because they were not sure that that was the item purchased when they already had the receipt in their hands. Very unpleasant experience and never going back...

I purchased an item and when I got home the zipper was broken. I called the store and asked if they could pull the same item and hold for me and would pick it up in the morning as I don't live close. Someone finally came on the phona after being on hold, she told me they don't hold items which is strange because they have in the past. I called back and asked for a man8and after 8 minutes a manager answered it was the same person. I explained what was wrong and she said they don't hold items. She was very rude and very surprised she was not willing to satisfy a customer. She was very unprofessional and horrible...
