The multiple positive reviews on here actually shock me. I got a gift card from a friend to go here so I figured I'd try it. I got the gel manicure, which is $25. The entire time the nail tech was talking about how much they work, that they don't get breaks, and they don't get paid a lot. He told me at least three times that he was trying to finish my nails quickly to get more clients for the day! I understand that they need to do that, but don't vent to your customer about it. It just sort of upset me. Sure enough, my cuticles still look undone, he completed skipped the quick hand massage because he was rushing, and the sides of at least three of my nails were completely untouched by polish. Flash forward to the next week, I got ANOTHER gift card for my birthday. So I decided to go try the pedicure. I will say that I love that they wrap the tubs in a lining for your pedicure, but that's about it. The woman was so gentle that she barely scrubbed my feet, but told me multiple times that my feet were so rough and "bad looking" (I had just come back from a week long vacation at Disneyland, so yeah, my feet weren't in the best shape!) and was sort of chuckling about it. The paint job honestly was not that great. The second she put the top coat on, she rushed me out of the chair to pay without letting them dry at all. So of course, two of my toes were messed up before I even got to my car. The salon is beautiful, but the work that they do and the way that they talk to their customers is very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE !!! *DO NOT GO HERE ! YOU WILL SERIOUSLY REGRET IT & BE SO MISERABLNOT E AFTERWARD . * THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDEEEEE!!!!!!! I showed a picture of what I exactly wanted the shape of my nails to look like, he said he could do them.. he lied ! It look nothing like the picture & he argued with me how he's not perfect ,.. I don't expect him to be perfect but if I shoe you a picture you should just say I'll try my best not say you for sure can do it that exact way . Coffin shape isn't hard ! BUT THAT'S NOT IT , when it came time to choose a color, I could not decide and him & other employees were rushinggg me to pick one . Feeling pressured I just point at one . They pain one layer & i absolutely hate it . At this point I don't want to say anything but God they are charging me so much & I don't want to pay all that money just be even more upset, so I ask before they continuing the paint if they will just take it off . Immediately frustrated the employees instead of just apologizing and changing the color for me . I told them I don't even want them painted anymore and paid an arm and leg just to have plain finger nails and be miserable bye the whole experience . I never write reviews but this is something everyone & anyone who considers this nail salon DON'T!!! IT'S THE ABSOLUTE WORSE .!!!!!!!! (NOT to mention they were talking rapidly in their own language ABOUT ME !) Just blows my mind and I hope they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYesterday, my daughter made an appointment at Lee Nails for the two of us to get pedicures for Mother's Day. I got there first and while waiting for my daughter a girl walked in and asked "if there was a wait for a pedi?"... she was told NO and taken right back. ERICA arrived and we were put in two empty pedi chairs and sat for 15 minutes before speaking up and asking how long it would be. The lady working on the walk-in said they were waiting on one of their girls who "ran to Walmart"; and pointed to another employee just starting a manicure and said she was "almost done". So I asked Erica if she just wanted to leave, go have lunch, when the lady working on the walk-in and the one starting the manicure had a "muffled" convo then both came over, removed our polish, stuck our feet in the water, and went back to their clients. Linda is the one that finished her manicure and worked on me, and she WAS rough and rude! She cut my nails too short and when she started filing them I asked her to stop because it HURT and when she was trimming my cuticles she kept pulling the skin, which also hurt bad. She was not friendly and got really defensive, talking under her breath, telling me it wasn't her fault, that I had dry skin (?) I did tell the manager when I left that Linda was rough and rude. He said he was sorry. AND this morning I walked into a bench leg and my big toe...
