Unfortunately I am unable to select a lower rating than this however I would NOT recommend this place to anybody for any repairs.
2 weeks ago I had this repair facility replace the back on my iPhone 14 Pro. I was informed by the gentleman at the store that they replaced it with “Genuine OEM” Apple back glass. I paid my $199 (plus tax mind you - which is incorrect as the tax should be only on the part and not on the labor), and 2 hours later I picked up my ‘repaired’ phone.
Almost immediately I felt that it wasn’t sitting right but the gentleman who was in the store assured me it was fitted correctly as “there is only one way to fit it after the laser machine has cleaned the old glass off”. I could smell the glue still very strongly and there was still some glue around the outer bezel. I was told there was a lifetime warranty on the work.
Over the next few days I noticed that my Genuine Apple case did not fit correctly. It fits my wife’s and daughter’s iPhone 14 Pros, but not this one. I took it back and the same gentleman suggested it was because I had bent the frame from the original phone… the issue is actually that the camera lens bezel is too large for the opening for the Genuine Apple Case.
Today (less than 2 weeks since the repair was carried out) I returned again because as I was holding the phone I felt a pop under my finger. When I turned the phone over I found a set of cracks on the back glass from around the camera bezel. When I walked in and showed the same gentleman he told me immediately that I had dropped it…and I get it…I’m sure everyone says that they didn’t drop it, but this is 100% the case in this situation. The gentlemen’s originally offered me $50 OFF the replacement. I kindly declined and suggested that it should be replaced at no charge…. Or at worse… I’d compromise and cover the cost of the part (likely the same “OEM” glass you can buy on Amazon for $15-$20) and they could ‘warrant’ the labor. The gentleman at the store called his boss/store owner and they discussed and the boss came back and said I could pay 50% off the original repair cost.
No thanks.
I’ll take the repair elsewhere if I’m going to have to fork that kind of money out… AND I’ll reach out to my bank to dispute the charge, as the service was not performed correctly.
Be careful on these types of repairs. It really needs a place which is capable of guaranteeing their work.
Went back to the store after I took the phone elsewhere for the re repair. Unfortunately the “re-repair” that needed to be carried out was for the other repair facility to take my screen and all the internals and transfer it to a new back housing and glass…such was the “repair” that Talk’n’Fix carried out. The workmanship and the figment of the back glass was so bad that it couldn’t be salvaged.
When I returned to the store to discuss and politely ask for them to refund me for the unacceptable repair they told me they provided zero warranty (after telling me there was lifetime warranty on the repair) and they will not refund the repair. We spoke with the store owner and he said the same.
The associate then went on to call 9-1-1 having not said anything else to me…. The deputies arrived and we discussed and they seemed very confused as to why they had been called as this was a civil matter…
So if you want to have your property damaged, your time wasted, and subsequently the police being called to attend a civil discussion…. This is the...

Edit: From 5 to 1 - repair was good but be very careful, they will go into your account, steal your info, and write themselves a review for a sister location. Who knows what else they are doing with your device.

Hello Owner, let me explain in detail. After my cracked screen was initially fixed in 8/25, everything seemed to be working fine before I left the store, but the issues started to show up a few days later - screen would freeze, touch recognition not working frequently, keyboard acting up and selecting incorrect characters - just to name a few. So when I returned the following week and mentioned what was wrong, (screen not broken or cracked mind you), I was told I needed to replace my screen, which made zero sense since it had just been replaced - so I declined. The money I wasted on getting my screen replaced I could have put towards an entirely new phone.
So according to you, is having access to someone's passcode an excuse to take their information? When your employee fixed my phone, I HAD to give him my PIN because I had a fingerprint sensor - one of the reasons you yourself say is why you would have my passcode in the first place. So yes I say you steal information because days after I had declined replacing my screen for a second time, after being in a completely different state, I received an email on a Google account I RARELY use about a review I DIDN'T write for a different phone repair location I've NEVER been to before (see pic 1). So either you don't know what your employees are doing when you're not there or you are blatantly lying to me. Regardless, it doesn't change the fact that someone from your establishment went into an account of mine and wrote themselves a review. And do you realize you didn't even deny taking information from customers?
It's not worth my time to make up a lie about this, but it is with my time to call out what happened to me after using your services and let other people know the risk of doing the same. If you have a problem with this, let the BBB know...
Read moreI went here to have my Pixel 6 Pro screen replaced ($450!!). They replaced it with an aftermarket screen and the fingerprint scanner did not work, the screen was very laggy, and the brightness did not adjust correctly. I returned the same day to have it fixed and he could not fix it, but he did try for 2 hours. I was leaving town so I could not return another day for them to fix it so I requested a refund. He could not reinstall my old broken screen and had no other screens to replace it with. I would have to pay someone else to fix it. They offered a $50 refund at first, then upped it to $100 and finally $250 but now they won't honor the $250 refund which doesn't even cover the cost. Another shop quoted me $275 for a genuine Google screen replacement. The pricing here is a rip-off, they don't honor their word for the refund, and the wording on their receipts make it difficult to fight with the credit card company. Extremely...
