Update: I was in a bit of a hurry and had to give this location another shot. They screwed up my cold foam again. Please teach your employees how to make the drink correctly the first time so I don’t have to waste my time to see if they can make it right on the second try. It’s shocking that a drink that’s been on the menu for years can be so consistently made incorrectly at seemingly only this location.
I’ll start by saying the employees are always friendly. My wife and I order from this location pretty frequently. Unfortunately, there’s a big inconsistency with how my drink is made from visit to visit. I order the salted caramel cream cold brew which has a very distinct appearance and is easily recognizable. It seems more often than not there is issue with my drink. On multiple occasions there has been an overwhelming amount of foam throwing off the ratio of cold brew to foam. On other occasions I don’t even recognize the drink because the foam just blended into the drink making it look like some iced coffee with creamer in it. It may seem trivial but if it’s mixed before I receive it I have no way of checking for the before mentioned issue. This is the only Starbucks location that seems to have this problem of making what appears to be a relatively easy to make drink. Read moreThis is one of the worst locations I have ever seen. It's always a disaster inside, stinks, no structure for anything. The same drinks are always made different and if you tell them that they (the manager and asian girl) decide to argue with you and try to gaslight you saying im the one in the wrong? The staff they used to have was amazing! Very polite, made the SAME drink perfectly every time and was fast.
My final straw was a few days ago. My boyfriend and I were waiting for our drinks (20 min) and the same asian girl was behind the counter blowing her runny nose into a Starbucks napkin to the point of it being sopping wet. Sick? Allergies? No problem. The problem is the fact that she did NOT wash her hands and continued making drinks, touching the lids and mouth part & made other peoples food with her bare hands.
We brought this to her attention and the same manager's attention and they both stay silent & the manager says "contact the 1-800 number if you want a refund. bye."
This is basic hygiene. If you work in the food service you should know basic rules. And if you have gotten sick after dining here, you now know why.
Will not be returning until something changes and those 2 people are gone....
Read moreThis is my go to Starbucks, I go here maybe 3-4 times a week. I always get my usual Black Tea with Heavy Whipping Cream. Today’s experience was one I did not expect. I ordered my usual and was handed my drink and I immediately knew it was NOT correct by the thickness and the fact that was no foam from the heavy whipping cream. I also cook with Heavy Cream and it is thick unlike other milk products that are thin and more watery. I explained to the lady that it was not right and was made with a different milk product. The Lead then came over and told me they don’t have any other whipping cream other than the milk jug she was showing me which was watery and said ‘Whipping Cream’ I explained HEAVY whipping cream is a different product and comes in a carton and she said that’s the only whipping cream they carry and it’s always be the same.. Which is absolutely false considering I get it there often. She was very adamant about it. After a 7 minute ordeal of her not listening to me I left with the incorrect drink bc they don’t know the difference of HEAVY whipping cream and whipping cream.
