Ten Mile Brewing - Ladera Ranch — Attraction in Ladera Ranch

They need to enforce stricter rules for families visiting the brewery if they are going to allow kids. It was an absolute circus today, and I left feeling so angry after dropping a lot of money here for food and beer.

There were so many parents who weren’t watching their poorly-behaved children as they ran around the brewery barefoot literally screaming, and toddlers in diapers swimming in the fountain (this is not an exaggeration).

I’m honestly annoyed because the food was spectacular here, and the beer was pretty good too, but the atmosphere was a 0 out of 5 for me and my family, because some people had to show up with with children, decide not to parent, and ruin an adult space. Breweries are NOT daycares! Why these disruptive families weren’t kicked out is beyond me.

There was also a couple with a large standard doodle puppy who was highly untrained and was jumping up onto kids, barking incessantly, and came up to me and my clearly vested service dog with puppy energy jumping up and down and lunging at my dog. I’m unsure as to why that couple with the untrained puppy was allowed to stay as well when they were so disruptive and dangerous. It’s a liability for the brewery. If they don’t take it seriously, they are bound to experience dog fights on their patio in the future.

This brewery has so much potential, but they really need a bouncer or a dedicated staff member to buss tables and kick disruptive people and dogs out of the brewery.

They could also easily add 3 more small tables outside. There’s so much space left, and people were standing and walking around looking for a table the whole time I was there. Perhaps more tables outside would deter families from letting their children play tag out on the patio too.

There also needs to be at least 2 more people working here on weekends if they are going to keep their head above water and keep customers happy. The tables were filthy and the lines were long.

Bravo to the chef(s) though! The food was the highlight for me. You could use more dairy-free options on the menu - especially in OC.

Please fix these issues if you actually want repeat customers! There’s so much potential here if you just lean into what a brewery is meant to be… an adult space where people feel...

This place is amazing the drinks are good & omg the pizzas are incredible, especially the pepperoni pizza it has a hot honey sauce that is phenomenal. I could have sat & ate 4 of them easily by myself. Never been a fan of bbq pizza but my friend got that & I’ll have to say glad I tried it because the one here is really good, I’d buy it here 100%

The staff was extremely nice & chef Lauren & her kitchen staff is great at what they do. The owners are a sweet & very involved family which is pleasant to see.

Now onto my grievance for those leaving less than great reviews shame on you, this is a brand new business that is going to experience growing pains. Rather than posting on here about children & dogs bring it to the attention of the staff so they can handle it. New businesses need a little bit of grace, they are often busy & overwhelmed by sudden spikes in volume & should be given the chance to be informed of & correct the issue before you go on sites making reviews that could impact their business. Businesses that value their customers value feedback & feedback should be given to them directly if it’s negative so they have that opportunity to fix it.
