Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had purchasing a TV. About a year ago I bought a Samsung 78" curved screen TV as well as a stand to sit it on. Delivery day came & the crew was so unprofessional I wanted to get them out the door as guickly as possible! Well that was a mistake on my part because upon them having left I then inspected everything thoroughly & noticed BOTH my brand new 78" TV as well as the stand which wasn't cheap either were scratched in multiple places. I immediately contacted the store to see about a replacement at which point they had the OWNER of this location call me, asked I send him photos of the damage & then said there was no way he or his guys were responsible for the damage. Well I found it interesting that even though he (the owner) refused to accept responsibility & replace my TV and stand he instead offered to sell me another 78" at his cost which was $2000. I paid $4500. What the hell was I going to do with another 78"?. This owner of the Dulles store is a real jerk. I don't know why I'm just now leaving this review, my purchase was awhile ago. I guess to hopefully warn others of what you'll be up against with the owner if you encounter any problems. As for me lesson learned-I'll buy my big screens from best buy from now on. There's absolutely NO difference in price (like the big screen store claims)& the service is soon much better....
Read moreAwesome help! Low key no pressure. So why did I buy at the Big Screen Store? I did my homework ahead of time and researched prices for Samsun QLEDs and others online. Then I saw that Big Screen had the exact same prices. So why should I buy a TV online and take a chance with a bad delivery or poor support or even a set I didn't like. Kevin at Big Screen provided great info, and that's where all my technical questions were answered, where I could compare the 75" to the 83", QLEDs against other UHD TV's. I wasn't exactly sure I would like the super high def QLEDs, and then Kevin walked me thorough some of the settings where you can adjust the sharpness a little down if you prefer; I liked that. I hung around for about two hours, comparing three different sets before settling on the 75" QLED. I asked a lot of questions until I felt satisfied I was making the right buy for me. Hard to do that online, no matter how many stars it's rated. And by the way if you go there you've got to ask to hear the BOSE soundbar; it's awesome. No pressure. No one's gonna make you buy it, but you're gonna want it real bad so just go with it. And that's why I give Big...

If you're thinking of purchasing a new television, you must check out The Big Screen Store. I first visited the store a few weeks before I planned on making a purchase to gather information, and Charlie was extremely helpful to me in selecting the right TV. He notified me on that first visit that he expected a price drop around the Columbus Day holiday, and when I made the purchase, he told me I was eligible for any additional price drops through cyber-Monday. And, true to his word, he has already processed a refund for a price drop that occurred days after my purchase. Many stores might have a policy of honoring a sales price that occurs within days of a purchase, but how many actually contact you? And, with free delivery, a free wall mount, and a free one-year extension of the manufacturer's warranty, you'd be foolish to not check out The Big...
