This is a really poorly run lounge. Some Staff have cell phones they are looking at constantly and they are talking on the phone in a different language with their AirPods and not paying much attention to keeping the place tidy and picking up used plates and drinks. They just stare at you standing there not really paying attention to customer service. The name tag for the snacks came apart which I have never see and the staff just stood there watching me put it back together for the lounge to be nice. There are a few staff who are not on their cell phones and constantly running around and working so they get my full respect. Compared to other lounges (Ive been w the Delta lounges and Chase Sapphire and American Airlines) many of the staff here are not nice or friendly which is especially the front desk women who check people in as they don’t say welcome and thank you for coming but instead they just say “what’s the name…go ahead.” They Always have a waiting list you have to scan to get in, it’s dimly lit in many areas, very few charging stations, there’s food particles everywhere, one of the staff wanted to take away food I was eating and was clear it was not trash, the coffee and latte machine is broken, the food doesn’t cater to vegetarians as the only sandwiches you get are always turkey (I have been here many times), the cookies are limited to mostly just chocolate chip. Is this aiport that busy? I fly to many huge hubs like Ohare or LGA or JFK and I have never waited this long... today 9/7/2025, was 1 hour and 40 minutes. You can only get in 3 hours before your flight which is totally fine as it’s standard. And you have to scan the QR code to put yourself on the wait list. Pros: It's a nice part of the airport at Concourse F with the Porsche model and the prayer room and the huge chandelier. But the lounge itself is not a good. But this is the only Priority Pass lounge at ATL so that’s it. The management and corporate need to pay attention to this lounge bc it’s pretty awful. I write mostly 4-5 star reviews bc I believe in being kind and appreciate hard work and customer service but not when the staff and management don’t see to care at all. This is in Concourse F near the chapel called the Club at ATL lounge for Priority Pass. Nice chandelier and chapel nearby. But can the staff at the front be nicer and more welcoming? Bc it's a busy day today and everyone has to scan the QR code to join a wait list. There's a sign right outside. But what if you are almost blind and can't see the sign bc you are just wanting to sit and lounge before the flight? It's not friendly to people with poor eyesight and it's terrible how rude the staff were yelling at me to go outside to scan the code to the left of the door and had to repeat herself bc of her accent of southern twang and I am from the cities with no twang. So be kind and stop hiring rude and impatient staff please. Talking street and having annoyed attitudes doesn’t work for customer service. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It makes me want to avoid this lounge and airport. The wait staff inside the lounge were very nice though. So I don’t want to mix that up. Finally for those who are vegetarian they only had turkey sandwiches today. No options for cheese with veges sandwich. And thought they didn’t advertise it if you ask for gluten free cookies they have it in the back. The WiFi is confusing bc there are no signs for password or which one you choose and it’s apparently the Club Lounge but you will only know if you ask staff. And it was spotty WiFi...
Read moreThe Club at ATL lounge is on Concurse F, which is also the international departure/arrival area. Very inconvenient if you are flying out of any of the other areas.
The Club at ATL lounge is disappointing at best. As many other reviewers have pointed, the quality/variety of food is poor, but what really earns The Cub at ATL a one-star review, is the attitude of its poorly trained, careless and rude personnel. We entered The Club at ATL lounge as a young employee with red tinted locks was addressing someone wanting to check in with a very annoyed attitude. When it came our turn, we were told they did not go by the "first-come, first-serve basis" --typical at any lounge --but rather by flight time. There were plenty of spaces available, I must mention (see photo with circled area which was empty when we arrived and remained empty during our stay). We were then informed we had to be on a waiting list, and we had to see the lady up front. I had to turn around, as this "up front" employee was just sitting on her chair looking at a tablet, so that's why we had missed her upon entrance. She was not greeting anyone.
The Club at ATL lounge is part of our Priority Pass Membership. This "club" offers online a reservation for $50. Please DO NOT spend your money on a very unkept, dirty place with filthy carpets and dirty dishes everywhere, that also has the poorest service we have experienced at any airport lounge. The table we sat at had dirty dishes when we arrived, and they remained when we left (see photos). The mediocre food is not at the standards of any airport lounge so you will be better off spending your money at any restaurant instead of visiting The Club at ATL lounge. I will not go into the food description, had most reviewers have stated what they offer. The water container had undoubtedly tap water that tasted terrible, and there was unfortunately, nothing positive about any aspect of this "lounge".
The Club at ATL lounge experience was so poor, we will spend our time in a nice clean area enjoying quality food before our next flights. Priority should dissociate from The Club at ATL. This place has clearly no leadership to place and enforce the minimum quality and cleaning standards it so...
Read moreI’ve been to this lounge multiple times over the last seven years or so and have seen things gradually deteriorate. I remember being impressed with this lounge the first time I came here. It’s typically very busy here and you will likely need to scan the QR code outside the main doors to be put on a waiting list that seems to often require about a 30 minute wait. You’ll be texted when it’s your turn. Today (and over my last few visits) I noticed the following: the food quality is 2/5 stars. Vegetable soup was very watered down, fountain drink machine ice dispenser wasn’t working (same issue three months ago). Even though there appears to be adequate staff, cleanliness and restocking of items is extremely lacking. The dessert area looked like a kids soccer team just raided it. I took the last cookie and they were never replenished during the 45 minutes I was here. A table by me was never cleared off during my stay. My wife said there was no toilet paper in her bathroom stall. It basically looks like someone challenged a couple four year olds to wander around making a mess, throwing crumbs and little papers everywhere in the lounge. From what I saw half the staff were good…friendly and took pride in what they were doing while the other half were doing things like being on their phones, walking around the lounge to appear to be doing something without actually working, wearing AirPods, small talking with other employees loudly and a couple times I’ve heard employees giving major attitude to people at the check in area. As the only major Priority Pass lounge at ATL, management doesn’t seem to strive to excel at the customer experience. It’s a shame to see this place get worse over the years. I hope this deterioration doesn’t continue or I fear that my next visit here may result in a Lunch-able, a Capri Sun and a seat on the floor. I typically write positive reviews on Google maps. If management actually cares, they need to make some...
