This is a fast food restaurant. So we leave this review with the clear understanding that it is located in a fast food court in the airport. And this is what set it apart from the multitude of other restaurants and fast food spots in multiple airports across the country. They served food at 10am. We are pretty sure they opened even earlier (despite what is currently reported on Google). When most other establishments around were closed or only starting to set up shop, they were hopping. And the counter was clean and organized. And they not only offered all the stirfies to your hearts content, but also a DELICIOUS soup with fresh spinach and scallions on top. And a really good portion of edamame. Their rice was well fried and not too oily. One of our team might have preferred a little larger pieces of red peppers but the seasoning and the amount of garlic was on-point. And by far, it was the service that stood out. We know it must be super exhausting cooking all this so early, dealing with so many people so early. But that didn’t show on the two main woman that ran the front. They took the time to answer everyone’s questions. And made good suggestions. And were so nice doing it. Truly kind. From extra sauces and napkins to just simple kindness as everyone, even the cooks said goodbye. It was so nice to feel that, after juggling so much in the past week. Thank you to the fabulous staff. Everyone in our group were so grateful we got to meet you even briefly...
Read moreI should be kicking myself for coming here. When I'm traveling, I set my expectation bar very low for food at airport terminals. But when you find a "reputable" name, you take your chances at it being above subpar quality. The fact that you pay $18 for an entrée and refreshment is not surprising considering all airports have no respect for travelers. But when you serve food that is worse than a TV dinner, there's only one way to feel...Upset! I ordered the Honey Seared Chciken with brown rice. Mind you, their menu states the chicken is seared with bell peppers and scallions, both of which sneaked out the back door. The battered chicken tasted like it was ordered in bulk two months ago; only to be drowned in a honey garlic sauce that I can make better with my eyes closed in a kitchen I'm not familiar with. I actually chewed on cartilage in one of the chicken pieces - truly disgusting. The brown rice was dry and tasted like paper. I'm drinking ginger ale in hopes I don't end up with a stomach episode. You've been warned......
Read moreIt's one thing to be expensive, but it's another to be so disgusting. I belive there used to be a Panda Express here, which was great because they are the same everywhere you go, you know what you are getting and it is a better price. This is more expensive and you get less food. My container was only 3/4 full, no vegetables, over $15 each. The Mongolian beef was too sweet, but the honey seared was practically inedible. It was too sweet, salty, and too sour at the same time. I don't even understand why the honey seared chicken would taste like vinegar, shouldn't that be the sweet and sour chicken? Even the fortune cookie was bad, as it was tasteless, or maybe I couldn't taste it after having my taste buds burned off by the chicken. Nothing wrong with the service and all I can recommend is that you get your food quickly (but still not as fast as...
