The owners of this establishment need to replace or re-train their staff or at least one female in particular who was on the schedule 05/26 around 1:30 pm. The gentleman at the counter was very respectful and hard working. If I can give him 5 stars I would.. he was taking orders dropping food and plating the orders. He was the only positive. There was another worker present a woman, who was extremely nasty and rude. While the gentleman was working .. she’s in the corner on the phone and instead of helping her co-worker with the long line, she was too busy setting up her Bluetooth speaker and giving out free food to her airport worker friends. When she did attempt to help him, she acted as if she had something better to do other than the job she’s paid for. She was very rude and dismissive to the customer before me, speaking to him as if he were a child. My son misplaced his receipt and she became combative and refused to assist. She became loud and aggressive scaring off all the potential customers who stood in line. The gentleman who originally assisted eventually told her to give us the food. My appetite was ruined and I didn’t want anything the ignorant woman prepared for me. She is fortunate my child was present or this situation would have surely escalated. That little girl needs a new profession and some home training. I seriously hope the company makes some changes from a business standpoint. That nasty ghetto attitude is definitely not good...

Should have just asked for a refund and walked away. Tried ordering a panini breakfast sandwich was told they were out of paninis. Went with the chicken and waffles, they made my waffle and when she went to pull it from the maker, it fell onto the tray and then crumbled. The two workers took like 2 minutes to decide they needed to make a new one. Meanwhile they were making fresh chicken tenders for it that still weren’t done. My coworker I was traveling with ordered the southern breakfast, and he was told they were out of hash browns, however didn’t offer to reduce the price. We waited over 10 minutes meanwhile she had put his order in a box and it was sitting on the counter getting cold. While we were waiting I’m guessing a manager came out and was telling the two workers that they needed to pull out and clean under the different things because of how dirty it was. Again right in front of us. When we finally did get our food, keep in mind with no explanation or apology for the delay, the waffle was undercooked. The chicken was good, but totally not worth the price, even keeping in mind airport prices. My coworkers mean was a joke, his scrambled eggs were burnt, two super thin pieces of bacon, and the worlds smallest, hardest and driest...

Who owns or manages this restaurant? It is quite disappointing for this establishment to still be open and operating. I am an airport employee on this concourse and have visited this establishment several times in the past month...only to see a VERY limited menu (oftentimes only chicken strips and fries) and one employee working (taking orders AND cooking). I visited today around 6:20PM and was told by the sole female employee that she was "going on her 30 minute break," even though she'd just pulled chicken strips and fries from the cooker. When I inquired about the fresh food (that I wanted to order), she indicated it would be there until the "next worker came to assist customers." Well, even though I ended up getting food from another establishment, I ate my lunch in the food court of The Pecan Bistro. Can I tell you that the young lady NEVER CAME BACK??? After my shift ended at 9PM, I walked back by and, needless to say, no one was working at the restaurant. Easily, 2.5 hours passed and this restaurant was unmanned the entire time. Meanwhile, every other restaurant on the concourse (upstairs) had long lines...

This is a spin-off from the now defunct Pecan Restaurant in downtown College Park. If you've ever been to The Pecan, then you know their food was simply amazing--- this is no different. The menu, however is very limited but whatever you order will definitely delight your pallet. If you happen to be traveling and have some spare time, please do not pass up this spot. It's in the F Concourse, which is the International Terminal. But don't fret, they also have another spot at the beginning of the C Concourse near Gates 1 & 2. My favorite is the Blackened Shrimp and Grits, but that's only served at the one in F; my favorite meal in C is a Veggie Flat Bread, it's really filling, you would think that you're eating a full meaty pizza. Anyway, you can't go wrong with either place. Don't forget the Peach Tea..... sooooo good!

If you had a choice between this place or road kill, I would advise you to eat the road k!//. My order consisted of the following; 1. Breakfast Penni 2. Eggs, Beacon, Biscuits . I spoke with the cashier and she stated “we have no chicken or real eggs. This is so confusing because those items make up 90% of the menu. I received my order and was very disappointed. Not only was the meal was terrible but confusing to say the least. This restaurant( gas station) is located in the F terminal concourse of the Atlanta Hartfield Jackson Airport which house 98% of international flights. This is what $23 get you. Garbage! Check out my pics and you can see for yourself. This should not happen to anyone. Please take m advise and Do Not eat here.
