Any person over 25 years old should avoid this place at all costs. Their gimmick/angle is to have young male “barbers” who clearly cater to other young men. I went there on 30 July 2024 for the very first time. I am an over 45 guy who thought maybe a younger set of barbers could fix what had been a string of bad cuts. I walked in and first of all the two barbers acted like middle schoolers. Typical behavior of not taking work seriously and not caring about making money for the store or themselves. They clearly do NOT know how to interact with adults. There are no prices posted at all and good luck getting anyone’s attention. I was a walk in but there was only one customer in a chair. Other than that, empty. The guy they call Gerard and guy 2?? were the only two barbers present at about 0930.

Gerard was busy with a customer and spent more time talking than cutting. The bigger problem was a seemingly oblivious guy 2. This dude finished cutting hair for a guy who was clearly his friend. The customer/friend asked if he could pay in cash and guy 2 just gave him the cut for free. All this time I am patiently in the sitting area with zero acknowledgement of my presence. That customer leaves and guy 2 and I are alone. This guy never looked my way, asked me if I needed help, or even looked up. He was buried in his phone and remained there. I waited 10 minutes as I was now curious to see what this guy would do. Still not leaving the phone screen, guy 2 and Gerard again did not even notice I was leaving let alone had ever been there. I left the parking lot and drove away. As I did I could still see guy 2 looking head down into his phone and Gerard talking away.

To the owner: I don’t know how you secured the money to open this hot mess, but hiring school buddies or lazy and unprofessional guys who don’t care about customers was a huge mistake.
