The food was lackluster and very one note. We got the Mexicans fries , Korean style chicken burger , Gobi burger and lastly a bulgogi bowl. The fries tasted stale and as if they were straight from the costo frozen aisle. The rice in the bowl tasted like bagged minute rice and the fried egg was overcooked. food was cold, lukewarm at best. The meat was like ground beef and I could make better in 10 minutes. They took a really long time to make our order and it was not worth 14.99 for a bowl of disappointment. The gobi burger was tasteless and didn’t feel fresh as for the chicken burger it wasn’t white meat it was dark meat which is a bit unusual for a burger. All the food felt like it was just thrown in the microwave and the atmosphere was even worse. the place didn’t know what it was trying to be with red walls full of stains and neon signs with random album covers on the wall at the other side of the room. The screens with the menus glitching out every 5 seconds it was just all over the place. The tables either didn’t have napkins or had 2 to 3 containers on them. And one of the tables was full of what I can only assume is the owner’s personal papers among other items.
I spent 41.99 on food that was just so bland I could not finish. The staff seem very frazzled and you could tell not many people were working for a place that small it doesn’t make sense to mess up orders like they did for the table next to us and the only good part about our visit is the guy working the cashier cut our burgers for us ( after we asked ) there was no value for the money we spent and I hope they will try a new approach to their business because clearly it is...
Read moreWe've eaten at the Fairfax location before, so we were very excited to eat at their newly opened Ashburn location. I have to say it was a very satisfying meal. I had the Korean style chicken bowl with a fried egg, which hit the spot perfectly after a workout at the gym. The guchujang sauce in the side was a perfect complement. The Mexican style loaded fries was great too, it had a white sauce with notes of ginger which paired nicely with the bowl. In fact, that's the whole concept behind Bebop, Korean and Mexican flavors go very well with each other and can be mixed and matched very easily.
One thing to note is that we ate here a couple days after they opened, and our meal took 30mins to be prepared. Come to find out they were dealing with a huge online order with about a dozen separate meals. It was understandable that there was a prolonged wait, the place just opened and the staff needed extra time to get into a routine to be more efficient. We didn't have any rush so we waited patiently. We witnessed about 3 people arriving complaining about the long wait, a couple even left after being told there would be a wait involved. The staff approached us and apologized for having us wait and offered a coupon for 10% off our next meal, and made sure we enjoyed our meals, which we did. It was very nice of them to acknowledge us this way and for that I won't fault them for it. I'm sure once the dust settles they will be much more efficient in delivering delicious food in a timely manner. We'll definitely be stopping by again when near the Old Ashburn area for our...

Hold onto your chopsticks and your sombreros, folks, because Bebop Korean-Mexican Grill in Ashburn, Virginia, is serving up a fusion fiesta that's more exciting than a K-pop dance-off at a Cinco de Mayo celebration.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this culinary wonderland, and let me tell you, it was an experience that left my taste buds doing the cha-cha. I ordered the Bulgogi bowl, a magnificent creation that's like a Korean barbecue and a Mexican fiesta had a baby, and that baby grew up to be a delicious and satisfying meal.
The tender, marinated beef was cooked to perfection, and the "Mexican mix" of yellow rice, corn, tomatoes, and lettuce added a delightful crunch and zest. And let's not forget the fried egg, which was like the cherry on top of this culinary sundae.
The portion size was reasonable. And the flavors? Oh, the flavors! They were like a symphony orchestra playing a beautiful melody in my mouth.
Bebop Korean-Mexican Grill is a must-try for anyone who loves Korean food, Mexican food, or just plain good food. It's a place where culinary boundaries are blurred and taste buds are tantalized.
