We drove 40 minutes out of our way to come here. We ordered the vegan chicken tikka masala pizza, the vegan curry wings, two drinks, and requested a side of creamy garlic dipping sauce. We paid and sat down to wait for our order. She comes over to tell us they don't have vegan chicken. All of the vegan pizzas have vegan chicken except for the pepperoni. So, I told her I guess we have to switch to the vegan pepperoni pizza... Extremely disappointed. She says, let me check if we have vegan pepperoni. Okay... She left and never came back. We realize that the vegan pepperoni pizza is $2 cheaper than the one we already paid for and start questioning if we are getting the vegan CHICKEN wings we ordered... I mean, if they don't have vegan chicken. 🤷 We basically had to walk behind the counter to get someone to come back out after waiting for about ten minutes for her to let us know if we can even eat there. We had all but decided to just go to the Indian restaurant down the street... We finally get them and ask about the wings. They said they have vegan wings... And she starts ringing us up for wings. We told her we already paid for them. Well, apparently she had a stroke when we were ordering our wings and choosing the quantity, flavor, and dipping sauce... She had not put them in the order. So, she rings up the wings and applies a $2 discount for swapping the pizzas. She says we owe $10 and change. What? The 6 peice vegan wings are $ 7.99... I showed her on the online menu. Two employees are trying to figure out why it's ringing up wrong in their system and she says... It is what it is and that's how much we owe. At this point, I really wanted to go eat elsewhere, but felt bad because they were already making the pizza. We said forget the wings and got the $2 discount. We sit down and they bring out the pizza... It's the Tikka masala pizza with pepperoni on it and creamy garlic sauce (that we requested on the side) instead of the Tikka masala sauce. What on earth?!?!?! Now I feel bad that we got $2 back, but also so aggravated that the pizza was so screwed up. The only flavors detectible on the pizza were oil and jalapeño... Absolutely hated it. My husband thought it was edible. I could not get out of there fast...
Read moreThis was my first time ever going to pizza twist… I was getting my nails done next-door and I decided to try it. The gentleman working there asked me if it was my first time and I told him yes, He then made recommendations for me and I ended up getting a large pizza with two different flavors. I told him no mushrooms or bell peppers because I was allergic to bell peppers. When I receive the pizza, I ate a slice of the chicken one first. It was called the three idiots, Honestly, it was OK. The chicken was a bit dry and there was way too much barbecue sauce on there to taste any of the other flavors. The second pizza I got was the chicken tikka pizza. I only took one bite of it and I could taste bell peppers… When I looked at it, I could see the green chopped up. I went back and told the gentleman that there were bell peppers on my pizza. He proceeded to pick the piece of green out of my pizza and eat it, He then told me oh that was a chili, not a bell pepper. He then had the other guy do the same thing, The other guy, then stated yes it’s a chili. I informed him that I was severely allergic to bell peppers and I get very, very sick if I eat them. He told me it was a chilly and that we could show the bell peppers are bigger in the back. They then took that slice as well as my plate and threw it away. They brought me a clean plate and told me to enjoy.
I have never been to an establishment where the staff picks food off of your plate and eats it directly from your plate, and then tells you it’s fine.. I’m not sure I will go back to this location ever again because based off of that interaction I’m afraid to see what the standards in the back are like.

Read moreThe review is only for the service .... Pizza might be good but BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE (?? I had to CANCEL my order and picked up from Pizza360) but service was poor and sham.
Placed paid online order at 8 PM, instructed that pickup takes 30 minutes. Reached to pick up by about 8:40 intentionally, so it'll be ready. After 5 minutes, I was told by the third person to wait for just 10 minutes Understandable, the restaurant looked busy! After 15 minutes, again when I asked is my order ready? Was Told - "It Will take a minimum of 25 MINUTES". and Now I was mad because if they had told me so late the first time, I would not have wasted my time waiting or could have requested delivery (I live within 2 miles). It was already 9 PM ! No cash refund, they asked me to call a number to get refund ... I asked them to make a call, - they apologized and called for refund (which hasn't been made until next day). 2 days later, the charge was still made on my credit card and I ended up another 15 minutes on phone to dispute it!
Also when I entered, Found their printed menu which say - 10% Online discount, I asked for it - they said next time as I have already paid (but how will I get it the next time, their website does not have any such option! Wouldn't the same thing happen the next time too) The website does not have the updated menu, hence I missed on the pizza I actually wanted to order.
In Summary - 1 - Call a customer ahead if the order wont be ready in the promised time, so we plan the time/visit. 2 - When visiting your business, don't fool us and waste our time to get the business and keep us waiting for a long time!! 3 - Respect the deals you have printed on your menu 4 - PLEASE DONT CHARGE FOR THE...
