The Food Truck Empire — Attraction in Citrus Park

Very unprofessional, lack of communication, ignores phone calls etc… I trusted this business with my money and they still haven’t done anything with what they have promised me. They told me my food truck detailing would be done within less of a month and it’s been over 4 months now and haven’t heard a single thing from them. Once I tried reaching out I couldn’t get a hold of Cesar, the front office lady told me that Cesar was on vacation and they will get in touch with me once he is back. I started getting suspicious of the company that I trusted my money with so I started doing more research and looked at better business bureau reviews and I saw some complaints that was adding up with what I am going through right now. I got in contact with another victim of this business scheme and they have informed me that once you give them your money they spend it on whatever (not the food truck detailing) so even if I wanted a refund I couldn’t get it. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to them seeing how we could figure everything out and I kept getting different stories each day. I never got any contract from them which I was told it would be dealt with within the first month I officially paid them. This food truck was a way for me to make money and I took a risk and trusted this business and they don’t even have the decency to call me back, I’ve even tried driving down there to talk in person and no one was there so I feel like I’m getting played out...

I hired The Food Truck Empire to help me get the necessary permits for my coffee trailer. I paid $1,205.10 on February 7th, 2025 for their services, and to this day (November 2025) I still have no permits.

The person I was in contact with was Viviani Fedelich. She was extremely unresponsive, never answered my calls and when I called from a different number, she would pick up and make up stories about why she hadn’t responded.

After months of waiting, I contacted the DBPR (Department of Business and Professional Regulation) directly, and they confirmed that no applications or documents were ever submitted on my behalf.

This company takes your money and disappears. I’m reporting them to Sunbiz and the proper authorities so this doesn’t happen to others. I hope this review helps protect other business owners from going through the same...

I want to say I really appreciate the food truck empire so much for helping me start my food truck dream! They have the best prices compared to other competitors in Florida.
