Wow, I've never been here, but by the response of the owner to a DISABLED MEDICAL PATIENT it seems that this would be the last place you'd want to go. The owner's response to this DISABLED MEDICAL PATIENT is dripping with sarcasm and attitude. Apparently they must have had other problems... Otherwise why would you give attitude to a stranger? I mean, they didn't have to come to your store and give you their money. Definitely won't be going here.
And BTW, medical dispensary product was fresh most of the time, not dry as I have found ALL prepackaged recreational product to be. You non-medical uses are not only being charged more, but also receive substandard product because of state regulations that this owner mentioned. Unfortunately that is at a state level where YOU the user would have to make some effort to let them know that they are doing wrong. "The squeaky wheel gets the grease", Closed mouths don't get fed", etc. etc.
And again, to the OWNER: I looked over the reviews you said we're so glowing and there are several people who think that your product is overpriced and that you have old, old, dry product. One guy said it gave him a headache. I myself remember low-quality like that from many many years ago... And certainly not at a legitimate business.
You may want to stop being so impressed with yourself and eat a little humble pie. It may help you to survive in the long run....

There was a clear defect wrong with my pen cartridge and I was refused a refund. Iāve used your store a lot, tipped every time. Wont be coming back.
Ted you left a dishonest reply to my honest interaction. There was NO analogy given, NO discount offered (except the one I earned through purchasing stuff from your store), ALSO NO MANAGER in store if there was your budtender wouldnāt have had to look around the store for one! (And still not find one) you didnāt even touch the cartridge, nor use it to CHECK if it was working. I told you it wasnāt working. It wasnāt a matter of me liking the taste, I told the bud tender multiple times that the cartridge wasnāt hitting right. If I got a bottle of alcohol, that was mixed with 50% water, maybe that would be a better analogy! However, Iāve yet to find a bottle of alcohol with a defect. Donāt make up your own story now.
If you want 5 star reviews maybe you should do a good job with returning customers, also not completely making up your own story and calling mine a fabrication. You must be embarrassed that there are no managers in your store when someone asks...

The is a sign saying ID required. This kid looked at my Washington State drivers license and said "don't you have a valid drivers license?" I said this is my picture, my name, address, birthday, and date of birth. Clearly this potential customer is three times the boys age that is sitting at the tray. But the kid says "this isn't a curent drives license." High marks for his observational skill. Then he says "If you don't have a current drivers license I cannot let you in." The sign says "Photo ID required. It doesn't say valid drivers license required for entry." So I showed him my other Government issued ID. This kid could only parrot "If you don't have a current drivers license I cannot let you in." I do and did have a valid drivers license, but when it says one thing and they impose another, I am not going to argue or more, just to gain entry to a store with higher prices than most of the others. If you like to be treated respectfully with polite consideration, avoid...
