The Keyes Company | Sunset — Attraction in Kendall

It's unfortunate that I have to go to such measures to identify the bad qualities of a realtor by the name MARLEN PEREZ. I was in distraught to find myself allowing this monster of a realtor inside my home for a 'professional photoshoot'; which really meant she was paying a man off the street to take a few pictures inside my home. I arranged for my partner to take the day off in order to attend to any needs she may have through out her photoshoot, however, this did not stop her from doing as she pleased. She began to move things in & out and left a trail of a mess wherever she passed. My partner gave me a call to advise what was going on and how there was no consideration of our personal belongings. I immediately gave her a call directly to advise how we would appreciate if she were to ask my partner to move the things out of the way as this was the point of having him available for her. She continues to tell me "WELL I NEED MY PICTURES AND THIS PLACE IS A MESS ANYWAYS". I was appalled at what I was hearing. I continued to advise her, "well in order to make this work, you will be needing to ask us what you would like to move around, as I have my partner there for this exact reason"......... SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!!! I tried to be as patient as I can be, thinking the call may have dropped, trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. I called her back 5 TIMESSSSSSSSSS until she finally answered. I asked if the call may have gotten disconnected and she CONFIRMED IT DID NOT- THAT SHE PURPOSELY HUNG UP ON ME because, AND I QUOTE WORD FOR WORD """"" I DO NOT NEED THIS S*!!! """"". At this point, me and my partner are baffled at the level of disrespect and the lack of professionalism.
