T.J. Maxx — Local services in Kendall

Good TJ Maxx...always organized... nice jewlery section...and great clearance section. Has clothing that my other TJ maxx at London square doesn't have, BUT and this is a huge but, once you go to pay, you will actually feel yourself aging on line and just wanting to leave the items behind. It took me 25 minutes and I was only 11 people deep. 5 cashiers moved like actual snails. Especially 2 that were waisting time just looking at items that The customer Left on their desk and it took one of the cashiers Exactly seven minutes just to hang up the shirt and Chat with the other cashier on how pretty it was. Hello, your line is 30 people deep now! I stood there with my husband and actually listened in on the converstations.They were having among themselves. Just chatting and the other two criticizing how slow the others were. I totally understood because EVERYONE saw this. The cashiers need to be replaced or at least have Management light a fire under them. Slow and gossiping just doesn't work if you want your TJMaxx to have good reviews...

The worst managed store in miami! Cashiers don't want to work there is a line of over 25 people and they are standing around getting markdowns for themselves and gossiping, finally when it was my turn i asked for my item that was on clearance since the 27th week of this year mind you its week 33! I requested to have the item scanned again to see if there was a markdown that had been missed. The “key-holder” MAILEN refused to help me. Prior to this other customers in line asked for a manager for the lack of care for our time with their endless chitchatting amongst themselves and no one came for over 20 min that i was waiting. Fast forward to when MAILEN the laziest and rudest worker i have met said i would have to wait because the manager was in Recieving. A manager was called twice and never appeared and i left beyond disappointed in the individuals who this TJMAX hired who DO NOT...

This was a great place to shop for men cologne and current fashion designers perfumes. Now you may find some small bottled perfumes and not at a competitive everyday price. You can't find 34x30 Levi's jeans and the same problem with reg. pants. They also used to have better toys and that included 1/18" scale diecast cars Of different companies. Now for the holidays if you want to buy dinner plates ( good luck) they don't have a lot to choose from either. And most of the Cellphone accessories are for apple mostly I phone 7. Android accessories are very little, and limited stock to old s. galaxy forget finding a cover or 10ft.cord for Note9 or 9+. In jewellery most of the men watches are either Invicta or Michael Kors .What about, Casio,Seiko and Citizen watches?. Prices are up and not...
