My wife and step daughter just left from there Disgusted. You can look at my Google review account. I ONLY review great experiences or the worst of the worst. My account has been active for years. If i take time to write a review, its either really good, Or really bad. No in between. So let me tell you, that a ham and cheese empanada, should NEVER be a nasty giant piece of ham rolled up lazily with a slice of cheese barely melted in it with a fried or baked exterior. This was lazy. This was disgusting. My step daughter took one bite and a giant rolled up ham fell out with a brick of cheese. I grew up my whole life in this area. Play at sharpshooters monthly, and this was just gross. My wife explained to me the experience minutes after it happened. Won't be going there anymore. It's just lazy and begs the question if they are like that with daily menu items, how are they with everything else on the menu. Not happy at all. And we expect more from you guys. We grew up...
Read moreI have been a customer for years in fact I come in at least once or twice a week. Never have been mistreated by another customer the way I did this past Wednesday and the staff sat there and said nothing. I stood by the area where there is a sign to order and waited for someone to assist me. I asked for my order and and a guy who was seated at a table started yelling at me and insulting me for skipping the line. I tried to apologize and stated I was at the area to order not knowing he was there sitting waiting his turn. Not only the guy kept yelling but the ladies who work there did not even try to say they didn’t realize he was waiting. I took the insults and cannot tell you enough I will never come back since this bakery does not care to help the situation when someone attacks a customer who legitimately didn’t skip the line on purpose or even knew there was a customer sitting at a table waiting to be helped. They could have said something, they stood there and...
Read moreHorrible service! I guest the sign that says we reserve the right to admission( which is very ironic) also means they reserve the right to ignore you if you don’t speak Spanish. I came in to place my order and right away I was asked if I spoke Spanish and I said no. Well the lady called someone to help but she just looked and kept doing what she was doing. I pointed at the last three guava pastries and she put them in a bag and I asked for an apple juice but had to get a customer to translate and I purchased it only to get in the car and see 3 meet pastries. Went back in to tell them and was completely ignored. Same customer had to tell them what happened. Instead of apologizing they spoke Spanish and laughed. BYW those 3 guava pastries weren’t there when I came back. I had to wait for them go to the back and get more. Will not come back. Not because of a mistake but because of...
