I had the most amazing experience at The Harmony Store recently! I've been to this shop before, but this time was different because of Arlene, the incredible person who helped my partner and I. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about all things metaphysical.

Arlene went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and genuinely excited to be there. It was clear she truly cares about what she does, and her enthusiasm was contagious.

She also shared some fantastic ideas and events she’s hoping will help bring more attention to the shop. I genuinely believe The Harmony Store has an even brighter future now that she’s part of the team.

To the owner: thank you for hiring someone as professional, passionate, and knowledgeable as Arlene. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves because she is amazing!

I made a purchase of a bracelet about 1 week ago & it fell apart. I went to the store for an even exchange. Immediately the young ladies told me there was nothing they can do & they could not exchange or refund the item i purchased a week prior that was faulty. Not to mention, I was speaking to the manager whom was a bit rude. I mentioned I would leave the broken bracelet & take another item of same value. This young lady literally went to back & called the police. Not to mention, I had my 4 year old granddaughter with me. Police arrived & asked why the police was called when there was NO DANGER TO ANYONE!!! And all that took place was a conversation with no screaming or threats. I was then given my $20 back & asked nit to go back, which i agreed I would not give them my business again. Oh, & another young lady at the store was crying as if someone...

Giving this special 'Thank You' shout out to Nelli and Frank for their patient attention, keeping the store open a little late for my indecisiveness (I wanted to buy it all), and for the awesome discounts they extended at their magnificent store. I'm so glad they've brought this great store to this area that was in desperate need of something like this. They have the AA and AAAA grade stuff you'll never find at Michael's and places like that.

They have an amazing, extensive selection/variety with brilliant quality, wholesale prices and they offer generous discounts from time to time. Miami locals, you must check out The Harmony Store. I also love their rare frankincense and incense options....
