One of the meds I've been previously taking has put so much weight on me and I'm type 2 diabetic and I shouldn't be taking it anymore, because it is causing other problems with my health. Today I called after being turned away from several places regarding my dad. Ashley was the first person that made me feel human again. She didn't treat me like a nobody and she listened to my concerns. She did everything she could to get my dad the earliest appointment possible! She went above and beyond today and it was her very first day! ✨️ When we ended the phone call I felt relieved for the very first time in 10 days.
