Two reasons for my post today. I have no issues with the staff. They’re always nice. Excellent staff just like any location I’ve visited. Of course, I did have some other favorite locations, but during the last 4 and 5 years of Covid. Barista’s have come and gone. Congratulations to them. Number One. This location stays out of Peppermint Syrup. I think they get a re-up on Wednesday because that’s when I usually see it. But by Monday it’s gone. I think they should double that order if it’s selling like that. Apparently I’m not the only one who uses it. Same with Apple Juice. It’s usually gone on Monday too, but it was available today. Number Two. Even though the Drive-Thru line is always long. That’s the only way I can get the Green Stick. Atlanta has the worst roads. Based on the pic I posted. My drink does not survive the drive to my destination. So, when you do pickup inside. They’ve remove the Green Sticks. And the brown things to keep it from burning your hands. Hopefully that’s just today or this week or the holiday season. Because that’s usually available. But today it was not. As a Gold Card Holder for the last 8 years. Read moreCustomer found plastic shreds in her coffee. However, the young lady had swallowed almost all her coffee before she sees it. She returns to the Starbucks in question 3660 Cascade Rd SW Atl, GA 30331. Of course management knows nothing about intestines or that shreds of plastic could poke a whole and cause get harm to the individual in question. Rude manners employees need to be fire or seriously retrained in language skills and how to deal with the public. You laughed as if you didn't care because you didn't. You never even tried to calm nor fix the issue in anyway. Which is why you should of been filmed also. Your reply to an upset customer was out of character and very unprofessional. You have been reported to the Corporate Office. I think I'll send my video over to the news as well, because it's clear this establishment needs a total rehaul everyone needs to be fire and a fresh crew brought in clearly you don't hold Starbuck SOP's or even emphany to anyone. This itself is very disappointing but when you hire individuals who are only there or collect a pay check instead of serving the customer as politely as possible. Read moreI really want to take the time to acknowledge this Starbucks and it's entire crew. I come here often to sit and work and I have noticed how extremely busy this location gets every single day. This crew consistently is performing at 100% each day - hundreds of customers in the store and a line outside. They work efficiently and diligently. Every day isn't perfect but the effort is there. Also, they have excellent management (the one I notice is a woman manager that is excellent at training, direction & handling orders while she supports her team). This can be overwhelming job, but they always try to greet customers and get orders out as fast as they can. This is a Starbucks right off of a highway exit in an underserved area - they're doing the work of 2 locations and they need to be recognized/rewarded for it. This is not what I heard or saw once or twice - I have consistently observed this about them for almost a full year. They all deserve extra support, raises and bonuses - every single team member. My only recommendation is that Starbucks provide extra cleaning support to keep their restroom a bit cleaner because all hands are really on deck so they may need a cleaning crew (I don't consider this their...
