Extreme Teriyaki has become my go to when I need my fix. The food is fresh and the flavors are always spot on. Yesterday was one of those days. I wanted something good but I didn’t want too many carbs. As such, Extreme Teriyaki was the place of choice. Walking in, the location was kind of full but the line was moving. I decided to get the Chicken Entreè with vegetables only and a Cheesesteak Egg Roll. I placed my order and had a seat to await my number being called. As I waited, I utilized the restroom. Though the space is big, it wasn’t clean. It looked like it needed a really good scrubbing. Though the space wasn’t clean, the toilet worked, the sink worked, and it was stocked with soap and paper towels. I used it quickly and got up out of there. After a few more minutes, my food was ready. As I expected, it was spot on. Fresh. Hot. Flavorful. Perfect amount of sauce. Vegetables were tender but with the perfect crunch. The Cheesesteak Egg Roll was hot and fresh as well. It had peppers in it so it put you in the mindset of a Philly. It was super crunchy which was perfect for the tender beef and gooey cheese. Extreme Teriyaki is a great option when you want a good meal to go.

Extreme Teriyaki at Cascade Crossing was a nice stop for Hibachi. The staff was nice and the place was looked clean. It was take out only at the time which we didn’t mind. Food was pretty good and the portions were a nice size.

Food is mediocre for the price...a bit overrated. You can get more bang for your buck on this side of town. Could use better customer service, preferably someone at the register with a stronger vernacular for the region. I come here every once in a when I'm pressed for time and not in a burger or sandwich mood, the only thing that's changed are the prices (going up). Products not horrible but you can do a lot better a couple of miles down Cascade. Fried rice isn't really fried a constant complaint I hear from other consumers but overall ok at the most. Don't make this your first option but don't fear...

I went into this place this past Tuesday because I wanted to have a day without meat. So, I ordered some Chinese vegetables and some noodles. The noodles were bland had no care or love in them. No veggies no soy sauce, just a light brothy sauce. Needless to say I was very disappointed. How can basic noodles and veggies be so undesirable? Hmmmm… I can’t figure it out why because at least that should be good!!! The noodles had no consistency and tasted very mushy. I don’t even know why they had that texture, but it wasn’t...
