I come to smoothie king about 4 times a week and I've never had this experience before. Keyuna was the cashier for this morning and she had a terrible attitude. Maybe she is having a bad day but as a server for 4 years this is no way to handle it. I came through the drive thru and requested a peanut power strawberry add pure recharge. She said we are out of pure recharge. I asked for the energy boost she says we're out of energy. Which sure, I understand that stores run out of things and I have NO PROBLEM WITH. I asked Keyuna "Is there anything else that could give me energy?" since that's the reason I came or I would've just went to Starbucks next door. And she says "no". 30 sec silence while I look over the menu and I ask would cold brew coffee work and she says and gives me my total. I say thank you. No response. I get to the window. No greeting, NO SMILE, and a bad look on her face. "9.57" she says. And I give her my phone to scan. She says nothing. She's on the intercom with the next guest and she is rolling her eyes and breathing audibly. She hands me my receipt and I say thank you. NO RESPONSE. She hands me my drink and says "we are out of medium cups so here's a large". I say thank you again and she finally says your welcome and then she's gone. Now I the store is out of a lot which is probably stressful. But I as the guest dont have a problem because that's life. Keyuna failed to keep up her end by being nice and pleasant. She could have smiled, she could have apologized for lack of product, she could have used her manners. But her lack of service caused me to not enjoy my smoothie king experience. Hopefully this store will next time yes. But more importantly, hopefully don't have Keyuna there to make the experience 5 times worse. Oh all the reviews below say pretty much the same thing... guess...
Read moreI try my best to stray away from leaving reviews unless they are good but in order to create the change for better, I am starting to feel like this Smoothie King needs as much constructive criticism as possible! If I could rate lower than a 1 I would have. I understand there is a staff shortage everywhere, however, for the staff that have chosen to show up for work, they need to take pride in their job and show as much professionalism as possible. Treat your customers as if they pay your bills, because they do! I don’t understand the point of having the ability to place an online order for pick up, just to be told you have to wait in the long line, that defeats the purpose! Then I wanted to just cancel my order because I didn’t want to wait in the long line but no one EVER answers the phone! If I were the owner of this establishment, I would definitely be more vested in my business and be onsite making a difference, train the staff, greet the customers, explain the issues you’re experiencing, be it short staff, ordering issues, whatever the case. It’s just very disheartening that no one cares enough to go above and beyond or even update the online ordering system to let you know what they are out of. I ordered a whole smoothie for pick up and found that they didn’t have half of the ingredients for my smoothie! So my question is, what if this were a delivery smoothie, would you have just added whatever you wanted as replacements? It’s very sad and i keep trying to patronize my black owned businesses to show support but we have got to do better, because time is money and I’d much rather patronize elsewhere where my time is considered and I’m treated like I matter! Train your staff and do better with...

I do not know why I keep trying to give this place a chance. They literally let me know EVERY time. I decided to drive through as it was pouring down raining for the "Free Smoothie" promoted in the app. I was the ONLY car at that time. I pulled up it took about 2 minutes for her to open the window and scan my QR code.
I watched at least 3-4 employees spin around, looking confused an unproductive. One girl kept knocking down the stack of cups and picking them up and that and the girl wiping the counter for 6 minutes were my only form of entertainment as I was in the drive thru for a total time of 10 minutes. No check backs, status updates, explanations or apologies for why it took 10 minutes in a drive through to blend a smoothie.
No customer service skills, just doe eyes and periodic peeks as I waited. The most incompetent service EVER. My poor contractor went to try and support and she even explained that they were "goofing around" instead of making the smoothie resulting in her leaving one there. It's quite ridiculous that this place is still even open. The last time I wrote a review they pretended to care and call, when I called back they were busy and said they would call me back and never did. They should shut this place down. It's a mockery of the Smoothie King brand as they quite clearly do not know how to handle business and are not effective or efficient as an establishment. Whoever the new management is, is not doing enough to rebrand and help continuing to fail business. Do better....
