I'm beyond thrilled to share my incredible experience living at The Mia, a community that has truly become my haven. From the moment I stepped foot into this stunning community, I knew I had found my perfect haven. The beautifully designed homes are a masterclass in fresh, airy, and spacious living, instantly making me feel like I was home.

Having recently relocated from Singapore, I was eager to find a place that would make my transition to Austin seamless. The Mia exceeded all my expectations, with its prime location near the Domain area offering unparalleled convenience. Everything I need is just a stone's throw away – from grocery stores to shopping centers, party spots, and more. This proximity has made settling into my new life incredibly smooth, and I couldn't be more grateful!

One of the things I appreciate most about The Mia is its tranquil atmosphere. Despite being close to all the action, the neighborhood itself is calm and serene, providing a soothing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, with breathtaking views of the sunset that never fail to leave me in awe. Coming home to The Mia is always a treat, as I get to unwind and recharge in a peaceful environment that feels like a warm hug.

But what truly sets The Mia apart is its strong sense of community. The specially curated resident events are meticulously organized to bring everyone together, creating opportunities to make new friends, try new things, and have fun along the way. From workout sessions to social gatherings, there's always something happening at The Mia!

Kelsey, Brook, Angie, Lexi, Elena, and the entire support staff are warm, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring that every resident feels at home. Their passion and commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment are evident in everything they do, and I'm constantly impressed by their kindness and expertise. Special mention must be made of Brook, Angie and Kelsey who went above and beyond to make our transition to The Mia seamless and stress-free. Their expertise, kindness, and genuine interest in getting to know us made all the difference in our decision to call The Mia home. They're the ultimate apartment "besties" – always available to lend a helping hand, offer advice, or simply provide a friendly ear to listen.

The amenities at The Mia are also top-notch, catering to every aspect of my lifestyle. The 2-story gym is a fitness enthusiast's paradise, while the Pilates/Yoga studio provides the perfect space for mindfulness and relaxation. The co-workspaces are thoughtfully designed to foster productivity and collaboration, making it easy to stay focused on days I work from home. The pickle ball court is a fantastic addition, allowing me to stay competitive and have fun with friends and neighbors. And when it's time to unwind, the resort-style pool, cabanas, and Jumbotron Movie Wall offer endless entertainment options that never cease to amaze me!

The Mia is everything I was looking for in an apartment – and more. From the moment I first toured the property, I was blown away by the attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The amenities are by far the best I have seen in the Austin Area. The grand pool feels like a luxury resort, and the gym is spacious, modern, and spotless, making it a pleasure to work out in and lets not forget to mention the eucalyptus complementary infused towels at the gym! I look forward to waking up and walking myself down with my mug every morning to enjoy the best lattes from the complexes espresso machine while being greeted everyday by the amazing staff. The coffee beans are sourced from a local small business, again highlighting the communities attention to detail.

A HUGE part of why this experience has been so smooth and positive is thanks to Brook, the leasing agent. She went above and beyond to help me find the apartment that perfectly fits my lifestyle. ( Seriously, I came to tour this place over three times because I could not find a a community that compares). My only regret is that I did not sign sooner, putting an end to my apartment hunting stress. Her patience, care, and commitment made me feel truly supported throughout the process — it’s rare to come across someone so genuinely invested in making sure you find your dream home. Brook ensured that my needs were met... and then some !

Now that I’ve moved in, I genuinely look forward to coming home every day. The building feels safe, well-maintained, and peaceful. It’s more than just an apartment — it’s a space where I feel comfortable, secure, and happy. Couldn’t recommend...

Brook and Kelsey are absolute angels. From the very first interaction, they were so kind, generous, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make the entire process effortless and welcoming. They genuinely care, and that’s something you can feel from the moment you meet them. I was so certain about this place that I didn’t even tour anywhere else. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign. You won’t regret making The MIA your home. I’m beyond grateful to have found this place (thank you, Google Maps!), and even more grateful for the incredible people who make it feel like home before you’ve even moved in.
