I used to love coming to this car wash, especially over the last 3 to 4 months when they made improvements and the vacuum is actually doing what they were supposed to do and clean. I donāt know whatās happened though in the last month or two they seem very shortstaffed. None of the usual attendants were there besides Destiny. I had an issue with my membership last week. It had said it was expired and it had due to my card, not being updated by me. A young gentleman helped me with that and got the membership back up and running. I thought I went back in today February 9 and Destiny was on duty . She is an awesome employee most of the time. but today I wasnāt in the best of moods. I take full ownership for that and she also seemed very snippy and stressed. It looked like she was the only employee workin. there she offered to let me in and get a wash as my membership still wasnāt working and she didnāt seem to have the time to look into it and I didnāt want to take up too much for time either. I just said luck Iāll take my business elsewhere. Youāre obviously too busy. I feel more could be done to help the customer stay and keep their business there. The conversation ended with her saying there was nothing more she could do and that I must have another phone number and thatās why itās not working. I stressed again that I only have one phone number and thatās my cell. I knew I wasnāt going to get much further so I walked off. I gave a finger gesture which I should not have done. When I got home I felt bad and wanted to head back down to apologize. however, when I got home, I got two calls from a no caller ID, but I recognized her voice, and she was not very nice. that convinced me to go ahead and make sure my membership stays canceled. I was getting charged monthly but every time I came in for a wash, they couldnāt find me in the system. I had to return 3x and wait around in the office for them to figure out the issue and sign me up correctly. With this, the manager, Will, was pretty helpful but itās ridiculous I even dealt with this. He compensated me by giving a couple free months of car wash.
However⦠before the couple months was even up, they upgraded their system and everyone had to re sign up. When I showed up and they mentioned that I needed to re enroll as a member, I asked what about my months I was already supposed to have for free, or any extra time that might have already been paid for. They wanted me to look at my bank statement and show them proof of the last time I was billed. Thatās crazy to me. They decided to upgrade their system but wanted me to put in all the work of figuring out the next time they were supposed to charge me.
