Farm Stores — Local services in Dunedin

I'm surprised to see other reviews talking about great customer service and being greeted by someone who seems happy to serve. I have gone to this store three times now, and all three times have been disappointed to say the least. The gentlemen who I've always dealt with seems to be bothered by customers. Never once have I been greeted with a hello or a smiling face. The first time I went there, I asked for a gatorade and was told their coolers were not working so it was warm. (This seems to the an ongoing issue) I didnt care at the time because I was thirsty and just finished working out. The second time I went there was to get milk for my baby. My son refused to take his bottle that night and I just suspected he wasn't hungry. The next morning I go to pour myself some cereal, only to find out the milk was spoiled. The date on the milk still had shown it was not expired. Then I recalled the cooler issue from the first time I went there. Which by the way, was months apart. This one really upset me because it could have made my son sick, and if you knew you had issues with cooling, you should toss all the diary!! The third time I tried this place I was told they were out of Ice Cream.... again probably the coolers not working. POOR Customer service and if you purchase anything dairy, you will more than likely get sick.

Never again will I go here...

I stopped Sunday to pick up a dozen eggs, because I wanted to try the convenience of Farm Stores. I haven’t been to one in probably 20 years. I will never go again. They cost $4.00!!!! Publix large eggs Cost $2.31. I would expect the eggs to be around $3.00 not $4.00. I got them out to use today and the date was already past. (Best by 4/12/2021). This guy that owns the store is not to be trusted. He tells people he will pay them one price to do a service for him then changes his pay to a lower rate. Plenty of better places to show than this hole in the wall...
