Though my pedicurist did a great job, it was a little hard to enjoy the relaxing part due to the manicure experience. Something was either cut or made too thin with my manicure because when one of the top coats was applied to 2 different fingers, there was a burning sensation around the cuticle area. I jumped both times and the 2nd one burned so badly. I mentioned to management but since there wasn't a visible cut, I am not sure they understood the severity of pain. I had my nails done Saturday, Sep 10th. That night and the next day, at least 4 of my fingers were sore and I could better see the cut or damage to the ring fingers on both hands. During the manicure, I noticed the tech's drill seemed to run kind of fast and he was a little rough in handling my hands as he seemed to rush the manicure. But I didn't want to complain which is why I only reacted to the burning sensations from the top coat but not to the other acts that caused slight discomfort. The tech was very nice but I think he just needs to slow down, not have his drill run so fast, and be a little more gentle with his clients. You can see the signs of the rush job in my pictures in addition to a couple of my injuries to my...

I really wanted to love this place since it opened near my house. I have given it 2 chances and my nails did come out nice however they never do what I ask them to do as far as nail shape preference. The first time I came I asked for oval/ round shape and even provided a picture. The nail tech did an almond pointed shape and I expressed more than 3 times that I did not want them pointy and she responded saying they look better the way she did them 😐. They were nice , but it was not what I wanted as a paying customer.

So today I tried them again. My nails were already shaped the way I wanted (round) , I made sure to do this so they would not mess up the shape again. They had to remove the dip to put new dip on and I said please don't mess with the shape just do the dip. 🙄 the nail tech made them square !! I said no , round not square. Needless to say they are square. I don't understand this. I clearly communicated what I wanted and they continue to do it the way they want so I don't think I will be returning. They have amazing customer service, very clean and nice amenities, but I want what I want as a...

On July 25th I left work early to get a full set and a pedicure for my trip to Cancun. When I got there I was sat in the pedicure chair and they also did my hands there. 2 employees worked on my nails, when they switched off the first lady said she’s going to finish she does a better job. My nails only lasted 3 days. I was on my trip when my nails started popping off of Tuesday July 29th. When I left my spa resort on August 2nd (Saturday) I only had 5 nails on my hand. I went in today August 3rd to get my nails fixed or a new set and I was told I would be charged full price because it was now past the 7 day policy. Absolutely ridiculous!?!! I paid $100 on my nails to not even last a full week and when I said how was supposed to make it before the 7 day policy if i was on my trip from Saturday to Saturday and she said I could have called……Why would I take time out of my VACATION to call the nail salon that did a horrendous job on my nails? I’ve been doing my nails for 10+ years and I have NEVER had lifting or my nails falling off the way I did. And the best I could be offered was...

My experience today urged me to leave a nice review here. It was so organized, stress-free, and I did not have to worry about getting it done "right" because all of my questions were answered and requests were met perfectly. The front desk receptionist lady is always so sweet and caring and gets you set up for your service right away. The ladies doing my basic French on my fingers and toes were so polite and kind so all I had to do was lay back and watch the calming baking videos on the TV while I waited to see the beautiful results. As expected, they were! My nails couldn't be more beautiful or perfectly done. I am so happy and all of my stress was wiped away within my short hour in the Twinkle Nail salon today. Thank you to the lovely Amy doing my fingers and Anna for my toes!!!
