Ugh, nothing is worse than a place with a great product and non-existent service. Location has a decent lay out and menus right at the point of entry so you can make your selection as you move towards the register for dine-in. Should be noted that it was pretty packed and very noisy when we were here and it was very difficult to hear the girl working the register, though she wasn't super outgoing. Placed our orders and the drink cups are by the drink station so it's on the honor system. Getting your drinks means cutting through the to-go line which was a mess due to how busy they were. There were no empty tables inside, so we sat outside which felt nicer because it was freezing inside the location and super noisy. Problem was, it rained earlier so all of the tables were wet and there wasn't anyone to wipe them down so head back over to get more napkins from the drink area. Our garlic knots came out pretty quick, within 5 minutes or so. They were good, could use a heck of a lot more garlic though. Then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. While waiting, someone finally came out and wiped down the rest of the tables to dry them off though it wasn't till it was dark before they remembered to turn on the outside lights... which are hooked to the fans. Thankfully, we were able to turn those off ourselves. After 45 minutes, our pizzas finally arrived. I had the Hawaiian which comes with cashews and cranberries. It sounded good but really weird so I asked for them to only be on half of the pizza, which was good because it was super weird and did not work at all flavor-wise. Apparently, they have shakers of cheese and peppers on the tables inside, but not outside so we didn't get that at all. At this point, I really regretted giving into the pressure to leave a tip because of the wait. Look, I get it. You're busy... but it shouldn't be too hard to come by and simply say "we're a bit backed up and we will have your order out shortly". Heck, even an apology for the wait would have been appreciated. Had high hopes based off the reviews but the service really killed it. The pizza was good... good enough to warrant one more visit in a few more months. Hopefully that is enough time to figure out a few things. Oh, and throw the Connect Four game that you have outside in the trash. What an awful, loud annoyance. ¬_¬

Finally stopped by then Cypress Crust location for dinner last night. Stood in line for about 5-10min behind 4 other orders. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The staff are fast, courteous and friendly. The main dining room however is super loud as every sound in there echoes and reflects (2 glass walls, polished concrete floor). We shifted from the main dining room to the side room and that cut down on a LOT of ambient noise. Food came out pretty quick. The garlic knots are really tasty, both with and without the warm marinara dipping sauce. The pizza came out piping hot. Had to let it cool a bit to eat. I got the “Big Don’s”. Really good pizza, but something in there made it quite salty. Dinged a star because of the noise. Update 6/13/23: stopped in for dinner tonight. Great food, still loud reflective noise room. Packed house with the exception of a large corner booth that multiple families looked at to sit at, but couldn’t… there was a single drink on the table and a middle school aged kid sound asleep laying across one of the benches. He was asleep when we got there and still asleep when we left about an hour later.

Crust Pizza Co. is quickly becoming well known for their quality pizzas. We knew we were in for delicious meal, having been to a few other Crust locations. This trip, we tried a large "Carl's King" pizza whicj resembled a suppreme, but had more of the ingredients that we like. Needless to say, it was great. To complement, we also shared some garlic knots and the spaghetti with meatballs. The knots also delicious, as usual. The spaghetti dish was a little on the bland side, as the sauce resembled the same marinara sauce that we were dipping our knots into. That being said, the accompanying focacia cheese bread was excellent. Food quality was high, just a bit on the pricey side, for this level of dining. The atmosphere was pleasant and service was spot on. Looking forward to our next visit.

We put in an order online that gave a time it would be ready. The pizza took 30 minutes AFTER that time to be ready.

I watched them make my allergy flagged pizza the exact same way as every other pizza. Same gloves, same tongs, highly contaminated workspace. When they finally gave us the pizza, I told them I couldn't eat the allergy pizza because of the contamination. They handed me a coupon for a free pizza. I appreciate the thought, but I won't come back to a place that can't do an allergy order. I asked for a refund and the guy seemed put out. It took several minutes for the refund to be issued.

At this point, we were sick of being there and waiting so we went home without checking the other pizzas. Our bad, because our Hawaiian pizza was missing and instead we had a sausage and mushroom pizza. I feel bad for whoever expected sausage and mushrooms but ended up with pineapples. I know that's controversial 😆

I would not recommend them on a busy evening and 110% do NOT recommend to anyone with any kind of allergy. There were so many pizzas in the oven they ended up one on top of the other at the exit. Definite risks of cross...
