To be honest, I was going to leave a good review of this place just looking at the outside before going inside.
I went with my friend, let’s call him Johnathon, and me, let’s call myself Alex. (I never used these)
(Scroll all the way down for a summary if you don’t want to read the full story)
When we went inside, it was awesome. Our minds filled with excitement as we saw the climbing courses. We waited in line for the payments for the wristbands and things, (which was out the door, great management there). And not to mention, there were only unhelpful 16-19 year olds working there. It was busy as all hell, and after about 20 minutes of waiting in line, me and my friend took our shoes off and went inside. We decided to visit the trampolines first, since that’s what we were here for, and we did. We played dodgeball until my friend suggested to go into the climbing course. Which was obstructed by many children in our way.. we finally made it up the climbing course and we made it up there. This girl.. probably around 18-19 with black hair and named Valentina was there and told us to stop playing with the ropes or we would get hurt, (which is understandable), but she shouted it at us. Was there really a need for that? No. Anyways, she led some other kids into the course and told us to wait. When my friend went passed the boundaries that she had set for the waiting area, she said get back in line, again, she shouted it again. We finally got in the harnesses and there was this kid, (probably 5-6 years old) crying on the course, obviously stuck on the course and awaiting help from staff. Guess what Valentina said? She said just keep going. What a jerk. So we finally got on the course and it was great. We got off and we continued playing. We went on the zip line, more trampolines, and all of that jazz. We got icee’s, which was fairly cheap, around 5 bucks. We got it and continued laying, redoing the stuff we had already done. After about an hour, we decided to go on the zip line again, which was a crazy line, out of the climbing course. (for context the climbing course is about 3 levels above the ground) the line was to the ground. Crazy. After that, we bought dinner, we bought the Urban Deal of whatever which was great deal. (I got fries, a lemonade, and a slice of pepperoni pizza) my friend got the same thing. The pizza was great, it was just that the fires were soggy. After that, I went to the other obstacle course, there are two. In this one, you could do up to 3 attractions for unlimited time for each one. The line was very short since 4 people had already gone into do their share of fun obstacle-coursing. They took more than 20 minutes for their round. There was still 2 rounds left before us. So we decided to go to the zip line, which was just as fun as the last time I had done it. After that, we finally got in. It was not worth the wait. There was like 4 things to do. Then, we decided since we had spent 5 and a half hours there, we would leave so that’s what I did.
In conclusion, This is a place for you if you want to wait in long lines, solitary. Oh, and if you want to mistreated and screamed at this is the place for you.
I would recommend planet air or any other trampoline park in the area instead of this one.
Thanks!
Edit, the VR was cool too, but too short and...
Read moreArrived @5pm and no staff giving direction on where to go and/or height requirements for each package. Went to kiosk but found myself confused on what to purchase for my children. No help there either. Left, got in line and waited 15 minutes to be told the line I stood in would not accept purchases as it was only for parties. In addition asked a worker for some help on package heights and what would accommodate my daughters. That’s all i needed. He was confused and kept telling me to look at packages, again i reminded him the heights were not on there. Then he acted like he was going to find out and left and never returned. I asked Ashley to please accommodate as there was no sign advising that the line was specifically for that. She argued with me rudely and pointed at the ceiling advising me of the sign when I asked her to come out and check, sure enough the sign was missing. Again I asked to accommodate after waiting so long. She was rude and completely unhelpful . Told me to that there was nothing she can do and needed to get on the next line which had 5 parties in front of us. Went back to kiosk to purchase, to be told I needed to get in line for a band. HORRIBLE process and staff is untrained and rude.
Needless to say we stayed, the place is a madhouse and extremely full. Not recommended between 5-7pm.
Won’t return unless we have a bday party I think.
Henry I urge you to hire more staff for the front as it’s unsafe for anyone to walk in and out. Have all trained on packages and requirements so parents can make educated purchases. In addition but the requirements on the marketing materials.
I gave it two stars because kids did have fun after all, just long wait times on...
Read moreMy family and I were visiting from Orlando, FL and we decided to have a nice weekday outing with a friend at urban air adventure Park where the kids can have fun. Having a trampoline park near home, we were familiar with the process. However, we were extremely dissatisfied with our experience at urban air. We paid a hefty entrance fee of $35 per child for the two hours remaining at the park. Only to find out that two of the attractions were inoperable, something that the guest check in attendant did not inform us of. Apart from that many attractions were short staffed making it rather dangerous for kids. The lighting is extremely dark, which makes a short staffed facility even more dangerous.
The food area was in the middle of the attractions, which allows for food to be stepped on in the case of a spill which was the case for our group. As the park closes they turn on the overhead lights, my son and goddaughter had been waiting for over 30 minutes for the rock wall and when I asked the attendant to please let them go on at 7:50pm (the close at 8pm) she said no they are closed. It would not have taken my son 10 minutes to climb the wall after being in line for so long. Luckily, another attendant saw him crying and was so gracious to make his rock wall dream come true!
Overall, my kids had a blast, they didn’t notice these things we mentioned, but we will not be returning to the park due to this experience. It is my hope that they clean up the facility and get it back to the safe and fun park it should be.
If anyone is in the Orlando, FL area, I recommend Altitude Trampoline in the Loop off of...
