Vancouver Mall RV Park — Attraction in Vancouver

Update, and I now rate this place as beyond poor...even though i pay my rent on time, the owner has posted a notice on my door telling me that they will no longer be able to accomodate me here.The girls in the office referred me to the owner, the person in the owners office "has no idea" why the owner has kicked me out. The owner isn't available to speak to me. My place is clean and my rent has been paid on time. He did not follow the Washington Statues and give me 30 days notice. He gave even less notice to others in this park. I am going to an attorney. He also didn't follow the Washington statues on notice to the current tenants for the rate increase. The mail is crammed into folders intermingled with others. I asked the clerk if they considered putting it in folders by name and she said "yes" and then blew me off. The workers in the office have no idea of what customer service is. The spot behind me is used constantly as a septic dump station and it has no cover on the hookup to the sewer. The ONLY thing good about this place is the very nice people who live here and are putting up with this terrible environment.

My first post... I have lived here for almost a year, the place was great with a wonderful manager. A new company bought it at the beginning of July 2013 and it has gone to crap already. The new people in the office don't have a brain between them. They moved the guest parking without so much as a peep to the residents and then started putting notices on the cars that they would be towed. The rates were raised overnight by 10% and already they are planning to pave the grass and add more spots. It's tight to get around in a big rig. I am going to move as soon as possible. Incompetent and rude employees. Double booked my rv spot. Put me in as huge bind trying to find last minute rv spot for large rv. Then the spot they put me in isn't long enough for my rv. Will take a prayer and spotters to get out. On top of that they threatened to tow my rv because I was not told i had to continue paying. I was under the impression they billed me for the entire stay up front.

Decent park. Some trashy RVs, but beggars can't be choosers. I'm sure they will try to kick me out for leaving this review. Customer service sucks. Manager was OK, but needs to hire better help. I don't have time to deal with problems they cause. I'm only in town to work. Their office hours are uncommon for an rv park. I start work b4 they open and close b4 I get off work. Makes it hard to pay bills and sign papers. I offered to fax them, but their fax was not working. Took a call to their off site manager to get a simple task completed. I stay at RV parks year round across the country. This was one of the worst experiences I've had. I'm still wondering how I will get out of their tight and poorly planned RV park. The site I am in was not designed for a 44' 5th wheel. But I guess money is more important than doing the right thing. Unbelievable. Thank goodness for a fellow IBEW brother camped next door to help me squeeze in. Had I had another option and not already committed to staying their, I would have gone back to dry camping like I had been because they couldn't get their scheduling correct. Got there just after 5, office was closed but paperwork was in box BUT someone was in our assigned spot. Called the after hours number and the lady said we could stay in the spot we had temporarily pulled in to (barely big enough but we were not given any other alternatives). It was the day before Thanksgiving so we didn’t want to Argue and made do. The day after thanksgiving we decided to leave a day early and as we got in the truck to go get fuel before hitching up the lady came and said our spot was reserved for that night and we had 1 hour to Move to another spot or we’d be fined $50. We told her we were leaving a day early so they were making money on us anyway and she could take her fine and stuff it.
