WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS LOCATION AND IM GOING TO TELL YOU WHY....... I took my 8 year old daughter to DQ LOCATED ON 4807 E 4TH PLAIN. There i recieved poor customer service as they got my order wrong and upon "fixing" it , they lazily drizzled bbq sauce over the chicken bread strips INSTEAD of submerging it in the bbq sauce as advertised. It was clearly done quickly and with not much empathy. So i simply asked for a refund. Upon getting a refund i watched employees make disturbing facial expressions to one another, clearly displaying their feelings of displeased due to my unsatisfaction with their service. I voiced my opinion in a calm manner even though my choice of words could have been harsh. I said, " this is my third time coming here and being unhappy with the food. The first time you made the mistake of giving me wrong chicken strips and a chilli dog with a hot dog that was clearly overcooked as the ends of the weiner were wrinkled a hard texture. But i bared through it. Second time i drove all the way home only to find that my chicken was the bottom of the barrow overcooked kernelly hard as if it sat for most the day. I asked for a refund then also. Now this time my order is once again mixed up and i will just like to cut the frustrations by receiving a refund so i can leave and perhaps receive better service elsewhere. You are too overpriced to have employees cooking food that doesnt care of how the quality of.food comes across. Too expensive to have lazy workers. This was a complete waste of time. Long story short i end up leaving that DQ after sitting there for another 15 min at a table.while my daughter finished beading. On the way out the door i THANKED THE CASHIER/MANAGER for attempting to resolve the issue. Then i asked for her name as well as the employee who stood next to her. Casey and Maria exchanged disturbing facial expressions between eachother once again as if my apology was odd to them. I felt uncomfortable. But decided to take my daughter to a different location so she could get the meal her heart desired. My navigation leaded me.to THIS DQ located on 10507 fourth plain. I never been here before and i traveled five miles farther down the road. As soon as i stepped foot in the resturaunt, i had stood at the counter for awhile. Three ppl looked at me but none greeted me. The young caucasion boy says to me, "im sorry but i cannot serve you. You have to leave" mind you there are other customers present so naturally i thought he was joking. Until he did not budge. I replied, "wait are you serious? Why?" And he said, " i do not know why i am just doing what i was told." I then say.. "Oh no i need to talk to the manager please, id like to know whats wrong?" The manager a caucasion teenage girl walks over from the drive thru window where she been watching the entire time and repeats to me his same words. Then she adds.. Another manager from a different location called and told us not to serve you. So i ask her... "You mean to tell me i had a unsatisfying EXPERINCE at one location and instead of finding a new place altogether to eat.. I find another DQ in hopes to recieve better service and you are refusing to serve me.based on what took place at another location? She said.." The manager said you was irate and we have the right to refuse service to anyone. I took a deep breath and said im not going anywhere until a police comes because this is racial profiling HOW SHE DESCRIBE ME TO YOU AND TRY TO PUT ME IN A CATEGORY THAT FITS "BLACK" PPL BY CALLING ME IRATE. THAT WAS A LIE. AND SIMPLY VIEWING THE CAMERAS WOULD HAVE PROVEN THIS. THIS IS DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER. BECAUSE IT WAS BASED ON A LIE. IF I WAS SO IRATE THEN WHY WOULD THEY ALLOW ME TO SIT IN THEIR RESTURAUNT OCCUPYING OTHER CUSTOMERS FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES? WOULDNT THEY HAVE ASKED ME.TO LEAVE? AND ON MY WAY OUT THE DOOR AFTER I THANKED THE MANAGER CASEY OUT LOUD SHE OFFERED ME AGAIN, "are you sure you dont want us to make that free meal we will" i kindly said no thank you and she wished me a good night. Yet she slanders my...

Read moreI deliver with Uber Eats. I’ve been to this Dairy Queen for orders before and the drive thru is always so slow and there’s always a line of cars. So I was happy to hear that we now can pick up the orders at the front door. I stood next to the door where it was prompted to, along with about 6 other delivery drivers. The lady only came out about every 20 minutes calling out an order that she finished. We all started to get a little impatient as minutes turned into hours. I was out there for about 45 minutes when I decided to go through the drive thru. It was going faster than that, anyway. My two orders only had ice cream. So why I had to wait 45 minutes for ice cream, I have no idea. So I waited in the drive thru for another 25-30 minutes. So by now, I’ve been waiting for ice cream for a little over an hour now. As soon as I get up to the speaker, the woman told me that we can only pick them up in the front by the doors. I told her I had already waited almost an hour. She put the manager on and she told me the same thing. I am so angry at this system that you have here. So you want your delivery driver’s to wait at least an hour outside the front doors for them to get their order? I don’t think so. We are on a time crunch. We have to get this food to the customers to keep them happy. Either get more people to help with bagging deliveries, or let delivery drivers pick up in the drive thru. I ended up cancelling my order, along with most of the other drivers who were waiting. I’m not coming back to this Dairy Queen. Completely...
