TLDR: Go to this business at your own caution! There is a reason they have a 2 star rating on Yelp at this point in time. The owner is unwilling to take accountability for any mistakes the business makes, and puts all the blame on the customers. The business, and especially the business owner, is never the one at fault. Just take a look at the other one-star ratings on Yelp and his responses to them to see the pattern for yourself. They misdiagnosed my computer, erased all my data (but claim it was already gone so they didn't do it - lies), then miraculously got it all back (couldn't happen if their diagnosis was correct), and in the process I was berated by both their technician and especially the business owner. I also continue to have computer issues, and although they claim they have a 90 day warranty on repairs they have not assisted me in fixing this but instead decide to gaslight me into thinking it isn't their responsibility. I have opened a case on BBB where you can witness the gaslighting yourself. I have also provided documents on there to verify my claims, and the business has not provided any evidence. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! THEY GASLIGHT AND DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD!
MORE DETAILS: On October 31, 2022 I brought my computer in for repair at Visual Dynamics. I explained the issue was that it would not charge, had lost battery power by the time I brought it in and wouldn't turn on. They diagnosed this as a logic board error, though two other shops previously diagnosed it as a charging port chip that should be repaired within logic board.
On November 2, 2022 they called to tell me repairs were complete and my data was gone - I stated I was not made aware this would happen nor did I consent to it. The technician dismissed my questions about how it happened then abruptly hung up on me. I immediately called the owner, who said he would review his footage and audio recordings then call me back within 24 hours. He also explained the process that should have occurred, including educating me more about the repairs, and consenting to it in writing and/or via phone call verbally. I called him back to say I reviewed my phone records and documents and saw no legal disclaimers nor evidence of me approving data being wiped. He accused me of being a scammer and threatened a legal war.
The next day they called and said they miraculously retrieved my data - something that should not be possible if their diagnosis of a logic board was accurate. I believe they (1) misdiagnosed my computer as a logic board issue when it was likely a charging port issue, which is double the cost in repairs and (2) were not willing to be accountable for this mistake and instead put the burden on me, the customer, and treated me poorly in the process by accusing me of being a scammer and generally dismissing my questions to get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE To their credit, Visual Dynamics reached out to me and they were able to correct the problem. They explained the issues that they had with Apple and I genuinely believe they were dealing with a difficult situation. I have changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars because stuff happens, but when a company steps up and fixes it, they deserve a pat on the back.
Thank you Visual Dynamics

Don't bother getting your apple devices fixed here. It's worth the 2 1/2 hour round trip to Orlando to avoid this place.
I agree with the owner's rebuttal: this was a vague review. Here are the details: I took my relatively new laptop in to Visual Dynamics to have the keyboard replaced under warranty (one or more keys were skipping - this is a known issue with this year/model laptop). Visual Dynamics refused to order the replacement part unless they had my computer in-hand. This meant that my computer sat on their shelf until they ordered and received the part (my time was uselessly wasted). Once they received the part from Apple, it did not fix the problem. They had to order and replace no less than three different parts before they finally gave up. This took nearly two weeks. I had to repeatedly call them to find out what was going on (perhaps they might have called me eventually) . In the end, they said the laptop was now BROKEN and they did not know how to fix it.
You can imagine my dismay: I took in a functioning laptop to an Apple-authorized dealer to be repaired and after nearly two weeks was told that not only could they not not fix the original problem, but it was now broken and could not be used at all!
Later that day, before I had the chance to come in to pick it up, they called and said they put all of the original parts back into the laptop and that it was now working. When I picked it up and got it home, I noticed two small scratches on the top lid. I immediately called them and was told that it was impossible that they could have caused the damage. They asked me to bring it in for them to look at it. I declined and called Apple customer support instead.
So, not only did they keep my laptop for nearly two weeks, they could not fix it, AND THEY SCRATCHED IT TO BOOT!!!
Apple customer support asked me to bring it into Visual Dynamics today so they could look at it. I brought it in and they took some pictures that I was told they were going to send to Apple customer support.
This ordeal has taken so much of my time and energy... so, as I said originally, save yourself a lot of grief and time, take your computer to Orlando to have it serviced rather than deal...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI took an iPhone 11 to this Apple partner. The screen had a dark spot in the bottom right corner and there were vertical lines in other places. The young lady took the phone to the back, came back and indicated there was water damage. She was extremely short and almost rude. When I indicated the phone had not been near any water, she was adamant that the phone had water damage. She further indicated it would cost $500-700 to fix the phone. She continued to advise me that the internal liquid indicator indicator was red in color...showing there had been liquid exposure. I again stressed the phone had not been near water. She continued to be rude and was frankly, disinterested in anything I had to say. I took the phone home and did some research. I noted the external liquid indicator on the phone was not red in color. I also found apple forum postings of other iPhone 11 users who had the same screen issue I was having. I then took the phone to another Apple partner. That partner ran diagnostics in front of me. He then checked the liquid indicator and advised me that the internal indicator did NOT show any liquid exposure. He determined the issue was the actual screen on the phone. He replaced the screen in less than 2 hours and I paid NOTHING for the repair. It is unfortunate that Visual Dynamics appears to employ individuals who are not interested in any possible future return business and do not want to spend the time to truly diagnose the issue. I would be very wary of taking any device to this partner. There is a huge difference between No Cost and $500-700. If you do choose to visit this business, I would insist they show you the internal liquid indicator if that...
