My son Gavin was referred here to help his bite. From the moment we first called we felt like we were a part of the family. The reception workers are so nice! Helping me schedule and organize our first visits. When we arrived, we noticed right away how clean and well decorated the office was! There was an awesome display out to fit the season! We were allowed to wait in a well appointed children's area with video games, toys and more which helped keep my anxious boy distracted! Then came the photographer, who was so kind and thorough and treated my son like a friend from the start! We had a meeting to discuss the plan of action where all my questions were answered! On our way out we grabbed a hot Cocoa with mini marshmallows and were so excited to come back for our next visit! Each visit since has been just as nice, never have we had a bad experience! From my very first phone call to get information to today, our final appointment, this office was friendly, professional and informative! To say that they go beyond expectations is an understatement.
