Really nice staff, fresh food, and amazing dole whip! If you haven't been to this shop, you definitely need to put it on your go-to list! The atmosphere is very nice with their kind staff, and family friendly store. I will definitely be coming back with all my friends again! Came here to celebrate my college graduation from UCF with a bunch of friends. The staff were so kind and offered to move two tables together so we could all fit at one. They even let me put up a couple of decorations as well. They went through exactly how to make a bowl, answered all of our questions, and even brought our bowls over to the table for us. We also ordered dolewhips to try and share together. They brought the dolewhips over for us after we were finished with our bowls. Do not buy gift cards from this store! They have a strip on the back that doesn't work when they swipe it, and the numbers to enter it manually rub off easily. Then the gift card is useless and store employees just shrug their shoulders and say can't do anything about it. When I brought the issue to the attention of the store manager, she tells me she can't do anything about it either. These people are thieves! Furthermore, I have the receipt from the gift cards and presented it to them. It's been emailed to corporate. Even with the receipt, they're claiming they have no proof that I purchased these gift cards. That is a blatant lie! Management thinks that just because they gave me some free bowls due to mistakes that their employees made, that gives them the right to sell me gift cards that don't work. I tried to use my gift cards today and they flat-out refused to honor them! Thievery and terrible customer service! Just look at the incredibly rude and unprofessional response of the general...

For a restaurant with essentially one item on its menu, MAN does Island Fin Poké make that one item delicious. If nothing else, the lean menu is a testament to the confidence Island Fin has in what they do best: Poké Bowls. The food is fresh and delicious, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Quality over quantity is served here in ample supply- both in their food and their service. Octopus, seaweed salad, and those delicious sauces (Wicked Wahine is my favorite) I am always discovering a new flavor or topping combination. My only problem with Island Fin is how badly it leaves you wanting more; now that’s not to say the portions are small: for $12 you get an absolute pile of food— and besides, I can (and sometimes do) return right back to the counter to put in another order.
