EDITED REVIEW 11/2017 — Since my last review I've came this Taco Bell's DRIVE THRU at least a dozen more times, HALF or more of these dozen visits we were missing food. This is the only Taco Bell closest to our home & on the way from work. Again tonight we came to this Taco Bell drive thru and we were again shorted HALF of our order (5 items). Before I left the drive thru I asked the drive thru girl "is everything in there" she replied "yes" I asked her "are you sure?" She replied "YES" again. when I tried to call the store nobody ever answers the phone and the call gets sent to the fax machine and you hear fax sounds. I've tried calling at least 20 times. This store and the team at night needs to get it together. My family has spent thousands of our hard earned dollars on your franchise alone and several more thousands in the Taco Bell brand. This is unacceptable, that I have to constantly get screwed where some of my family members don't get their food and get to eat because your employees can't get the orders correct, I shouldn't have to keep coming back to the store to get the food you forgot, or have you replace the food that you messed up.

Read moreThe amount of cross contamination is insane, the line workers will literally be on their phones, wipe their hands on their pants and will not change their gloves. The line workers MIGHT change their gloves twice during one shift (8+ hours). While working here I was accused of breaking a sink hose on purpose by the manager Noelia, when I explained what happened her words exactly were “I don’t believe that”.

Read moreThis location is very dated. Think Wendy’s 1792 Casselberry dated. It is a franchise it is obvious that the owners aren’t interested in an expensive upgrade. They also have a drive through problem. Be sure to exit left. You will have difficulty leaving if you go to your right. I’m sure good people are hard to find. Order accuracy has been an issue recently especially if you use the app as we do. In August 2021 they randomly closed the walk-in pick up option even though it’s still an option on the app. You must still wait in the full drive thru line to get your food. That cancels the convenience of the app. Last, if you don’t check your order for accuracy you must wait in the full drive thru line to get a corrected order or a refund.
