Papa Johns pizza was good, but the service was rude. So due to rudeness they get 1 star. The seal that keeps the pizza from being tampered with was put on the front right side. This enabled the box to still be opened. I ordered a cheese less pizza with meat & veggies with extra sauce. The pizza had a round spot in the middle size of a 50 cent piece without anything on it partial sauce missing. On the top end of whole, the meat and veggies went all around with exception of a spot size of a quarter which was empty of everything even sauce. It looked like something could of been taken off the pizza or it was just the way everything fell when making it. I am not saying it was messed with, but it looked like it could of been. Again not accusing anyone. I called the store & explained about the pizza and the seal not where it should of been causing the box to still be opened. Now, I have been spoiled by the presence of that seal and papa Johns made a big deal advertising this feature. The male that answered the phone made it quite clear we were bothering him & that he could care less about my concern. I stayed polite on the phone, I had it in speaker phone so my mother was listening too. My mom asked if we could speak to a manager, put on hold for a few seconds, he came back said they were all busy on some kind of line. So my mom made a comment that we would not accept another pizza if the seal did not do what it was meant to do. No response from the male employee. We told him we would eat the pizza. Just because you don’t think a customer concern is valid and said customer was polite, and want to let the store know someone needed to be showed how to put the seal on correctly or pay more attention when putting it on was one of the reasons I called. But the male employees voice was so put off sounding that I didn’t get to explain this to him. Part of me feels like, did he ask a manager and was the manager truly busy only because of the attitude that came across the phone was: your issues isn’t important to me so neither is talking to you. Read moreWill never order from this location again. Ordered a medium cheese pizza. My daughter mentioned the pizza tasted funny as if the sauce was not fresh. When I went to get a slice to see, the sales receipt was folded under the pizza. Gross!!!! The pizza is supposed to go from the oven to the box and sealed. Yet an employee touched/folded the receipt and placed it under the pizza. Quality has gone down and they obviously don’t care about their costumers.
Edit: 6/13/22- After a long work day, I decided to give PJ another chance. It was even worse than the last time. I ordered a medium cheese pizza, wings and a brownie. I swear the pizza tasted horrible, nothing tasted fresh. My daughter also noticed something was off. Almost tasted like sauce was spoiled. Today when my boyfriend called to order a pizza he was on hold for about 8 minutes before hanging up and calling again. When he called the second time he was put on hold for 4 minutes and then a women came on the phone and asked him if the order was for pick up or delivery. My boyfriend replied, "Pick up" to which the woman replied, "Is this William?" My boyfriend said no and the woman hung up on him. He called back for a third time and the woman answered the phone again.
