This part of Williamsburg seems largely dead to me. Something about this area seems forgotten and stunted in its growth. Just around the corner is the "colonial area" which I adore and would love to be able to traverse more readily. The Williamsburg crossing seems to suffer from rapid eagerness to appeal to the public market with just as rapid disappearances of businesses. This shopping area I have seen for the past twenty years change slowly from stores to stores with what seems to be no constance. Read moreI love the upgrades on the outer fascia of the buildings. However, I find that the parking lots , entry and exit drive-ways are in serious need of work. Now, with the anticipated opening of Harris Teeter down the road, Williamsburg Crossing , while greatly improved, will need to step it up to remain ahead of the developing businesses. As for the now vacant ZAXSBY restaurant building adjacent to the main shopping center....it would be nice to obtain occupancy by either a WING STOP or a WHITE CASTLE. Read moreIt’s a quite place considering popular stores are there. Taco Bell, Riverside Clinic, DMV, Food Lion, Subway and many more. Personally I visit this shopping center when I visit Riverside and Taco Bell through their drive through and only for my office employees. Who ever is in charge invests in the appearance.
