I had a horrible experience with the employees here today! I won't post their names for privacy but I've never been so humiliated and mocked by an employee in my whole life... I ordered in the drive thrue and naturally I checked the bag to make sure it was right before I pulled away I noticed my ordered didn't have the lettuce I asked for and so I grabbed my receipt and the container and came inside to the counter. I've worked in fast food myself so of course I am ALWAYS very respectful to employees. I explained and even apologized for the inconveinence of asking for the lettuce I PAID for to the girl at the counter. Before I know it I have the cook yelling at me saying "hold up hold up hold up" to me asking what my problem was and I replied can I please just get some lettuce and she says "oh really cuz I don't see the problem I did what I could with your damn order" THEN THE GIRL FROM THE DRIVE THRUE starts laughing saying "your order was ridiculous but whateva gimme that" all the while I'm silent so I go to hand her my container she doesn't take it but rolls her eyes goes and gets another container smacks some lettuce in there and chucks it on the counter to me. I say "thank you have a nice day" and try to smile even though my face is bright red because I was embarrassed and they didn't respond. On my way out a nice older woman gestured me to come over to her and said "I don't believe what is I just heard, you're sweet as pie I'm not coming back here again" and...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible expierence! I ordered my food on the app for in-store. It took almost 10 minutes for 1 of the 2 people in the back to acknowledge us. He was not polite at all. Just gave us a look that made it seem like we were an inconvenience and shouldn't be there. He gave us our food and walked away. I had food missing. It took several minutes to flag him back down and let him know. I reminded him of the no sour cream on top. Several minutes later he brings it to the counter, calls for me, points to the bag and walks away. I immediately see the sour cream. I had to wait again for him to see me and let him know. He was clearly upset. This time I stood there and watched as he aggressively put the potatoes in the bowl and then some cheese. I'm so sorry sir that you had to come to work today. I'm so sorry that you had to make my order. I'm so sorry that you had to correct my incorrect order. While eating, an elderly couple came in and waited for someone to take their order. No one ever came and so they had to struggle with the kiosk. Then 2 separate cars from the drive thru came in with messed up orders. The female that was working was just as unpleasant to them as the male who helped me. Oh and the food had almost no flavor. I'm really glad I do not live nearby, because I will not return to this...
Read moreI drove here for a quick lunch before my meeting. This was probably the best Taco Bell I have ever had.
Christina was the Drive-thru employee that took my order, and she was very friendly (and actually made eye contact with me while taking payment and giving me my food/drinks). I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with no tomato, a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream and no onion, and two spicy potato soft tacos.
The crunchwrap supreme was the crunchiest crunchwrap I have ever had. It was perfectly grilled, had the freshest lettuce, and great sauce to meat and cheese ratios. This may sound ridiculous, but for someone who eats a lot of fast food, you come to appreciate things like this, lol.
The potatoes in the soft tacos were fresh and soft, and they had plenty of sauce. Again, fresh lettuce and cheese. I've been to taco bells where their potatoes were hard and chewy (probably leftover potatoes from breakfast).
The burrito's tortilla was soft and warm, the beans not dried up, and there was plenty of red sauce and sour cream. Absolutely the most delicious food from TB...
